I really appreciated being able to walk into this store and not be smothered by a salesman. Adis was very cool and actually, when I told him that I would be using my new mattress on a daybed and having it double as a couch he directed me to a regular spring mattress instead of a more expensive pocketed coil mattress because it would maintain better. The delivery was painless and on time. The delivery man was nice and he took my old mattress away. I would definitely recommmend this business as it appears to be family owned, they have great prices and offer friendly no pressure interaction. Thanks!

Sleep is very important to me. I sleep with 6 pillows and my sheet count is always over a 1000. I’m 6’4 and I’ve been sleeping on a full-​size mattress for over 10 years. I decided It was time to upgrade my mattress to something I would fit more comfortably. I was in an accident, which resulted in a herniated disc; causing pain and problems in my mobility.
I love my new mattress! Very very comfortable and relaxing. I have seen significant changes in my sleep habits after purchasing my new mattress. My new mattress has helped alleviate pain and discomfort. It’s been months since I first purchased the mattress and I had to make it a point to show my gratitude and appreciation not just for a great product but for quality and great customer service. I felt taken care of and got the most from Matress Depo than the other mattress stores!
A mattress is definitely a investment that should be researched and picked strategically. It’s something you use daily. I felt very comfortable and not rushed going from one mattress to the other trying to figure out what works best for me. Adis made my experience about me and my needs. Unlike the other mattress stores I visited. It was more important to see me satisfied than to make a profit.

Came here last week to look for a new mattress. To start off this store was by far the most organized cleanest mattress store around. They had quite a few varieties of different styles and different types of mattresses. The gentleman there was able to patiently help me and find me the mattress I was looking for! And the best part is that the prices here are really good!
The mattress was delivered within 2 days!
I would definitely recommend a visit to this store for your next mattress!

I honestly dont know where to start. Adis helped me and my parents out through the different mattress’s. I explained my situation and how I would like my mattress soft but i wake up with back pains. He recommended me a mattress that i fell in love with it as soon as woke up. Not only that but he had the mattress delivered to us within two days and he still financed it for us!

Adis helped us choose the right mattresses we needed based on our budget and needs. He is a great guy to deal with. He explained everything really well and was very helpful. The prices are very reasonable and the product has high quality. He also gave us 2 pillows and a mattress protector for free. I wish every sales man out there was as polite and great as Adis. Decided to Come here since the store was close to us and it had great reviews. Adis was very knowledgable and nice. We tried out a few mattresses and settled on a firm one. We had the mattress delivered on Saturday and after sleeping on it for 2 nights decided it was way too firm for us. Today we went back to the store and asked Adis if we could exchange the mattress. He was very helpful and accommodating. We chose another mattress that was more expensive so we paid for the difference and are having the new one delivered this weekend. He did not charge us a restocking fee or delivery charge. We were thrilled and thankful for the ease of the process. We highly recommend this place for great prices and excellent customer service! After reaching out to a few local vendors in support of families in need, Owner/​manager Adis Stepanian, responded without hesitation on offering a mattress/​box to a family in need. Not only was his kindness and willingness to offer community support, the mattress was EXCELLENT, QUALITY PRODUCT, and according to the family was like ‘sleeping on a cloud’.
There is lots to say about a local business which offer kindness along with quality service over sales and profit. Adis is a good man! He even gave the family a mattress cover. I needed to buy a king size box spring ASAP (lost mine during the move and the wife wasn’t sleeping with the spiders for another day). Fortunately, Mattress Depot Discounters was open on Sundays.
Excellent customer service (friendly and open on Sunday), knowledgeable (2 TwinXL=1 King… good to know) and fast. That’s worthy of 4 stars…

I began looking for a new mattress due to my consistent pain from scoliosis. After shopping around and doing some research I found the exact mattress I wanted. I called mattress depot, Adis was very helpful if explaining to me the details about the mattress I was interested in. He was gracious, knowledgeable, and a month after my purchase my pain has decreased and I cannot be happier!

I had been interested in buying a new mattress for a long time and knew about this place from a relative. The service from Adis was amazing. He was friendly, patient, and understood what i was looking for and knew i was on a budget. He let me try different mattresses to see what felt comfortable. The one that i liked which was the floor model had a minor stain on it in which Adis told me he would discount the set 200 dollars if i wanted to buy it. It was the right one for me and it will be delivered next week and he will take away the old bed for free. If you need a new bed and on a budget, mattress depot is the place to go. You won’t be disappointed.

We bought a mattress from here and could not be happier. The employees are such nice people. They are honest and get right to the point. They work with your budget too which is awesome! We bought a nice queen size bed. The best part was how smooth the whole process was. We were able to split the payment, and paid some the day we bought it and the rest once it was delivered. They arrived on time and delivered our mattress and set it all up, along with removing the old mattress, frame, and box spring for FREE! They also threw in 2 pillows for free. I couldn’t be happier with the new mattress! Support this family business, you will not be disappointed!

If you’re looking for personalized service, knowledgeable person about mattress, patience of a salesman with all the retarded questions you may have… stop in Mattress Depot and talk to Adis. He rocks :) I asked all the questions you can think of… if my mattress will help me sleep better? will the mattress take away my back pain? Can a mattress solve my financial problems? Do I have to share my mattress with my wife… etc…

Adis is as good as it gets! Here I was shopping for a mattress all over town, and lo and behold, he was right down the street — only 1 mile from my house! Who KNEW?! Once I went in there and told him I just needed a low-​budget mattress, nothing fancy, he directed me to exactly what I needed. He could have tried to upsell me… he didn’t…he could have tried to convince me to not leave without buying it (I needed to do other things and come back later)…he didn’t. So I DID come back later and with his help and cooperation, I purchased a fine mattress for my daughter.
Everybody should learn to do business like this — I will definitely be back to purchase a mattress from Adis again at some point the future. I left with a smile on my face feeling great about my purchase!
