11÷14÷15 ~ 2−5pm Pamela Franco & Marilyn Hefferen presented «Melt & Restorative Yoga» at V-Fit. 90 minutes tutorial and practice for each. These two women are at the top of their game
and share the healing abilities of both disciplines. This duo «Melt & Restorative Yoga» is offered
on a monthly basis, usually a Saturday. However, both Pamela (Melt) and Marilyn (Restorative Yoga) have private or group classes. On a personal note, I’ve been going to Marilyn’s classes about 5 months 2x’s a week… transforming, strengthening & healing my mind & body.

The smaller, more intimate studio of the one on Market Street.
They seem to do many of the same group fitness classes that are offered at the larger studio, but on an obviously smaller scale. A lovely location and I enjoyed my glimpse of the water just before sweating it out in my Barre class.
I’ve come to enjoy attending classes at VFit and find the smaller classes to be nice. Know that because of the smaller sizes, if you sign up for classes individually like I do, each class is at the premium price because of setting. $ 3 more than a regular mat class, not awful really.
