I’ve been coming to this place for 10 years now. Always the best service and work on all my clothes. It’s family run by people who care about their customers. The songbirds add to the always pleasant experience. Very nice alterations, too. Excellent prices.

To some extent, a dry cleaner is good if they don’t screw up your clothes and don’t charge an arm and a leg. Unique has cleaned a bunch of my stuff and gotten out stains I thought had ruined shirts. The people are nice enough and pricing is reasonable.

First of all, I have no problems with the birds. They are beautiful and do not interfere with the dry cleaning. I mean, you’re only in the building for five minutes when you use their services, so it’s not like you have to listen to them chirp all day.
This place is great. Fair prices, good service, and really good work.
I brought in some kind of difficult items: a silk dress which I had spilled a drink on and two very old and dirty vintage coats. Everything came back beautiful and clean. Better than I was expecting.

I don’t like birds. I think they are dirty and creepy and certainly a whole gaggle of them does not belong in a dry cleaner store. Getting past that, the dry cleaning is decent. I think that they shrunk some of my cashmere sweaters, or else my arms are getting longer. The prices are decent, I guess, but I can’t get past the birds so I’m on a hunt for someplace else.
