Torrid Store

I haven’t been in this store for a long time. Bit the first thing I noticed is how LIGHT it looks inside the store! Such a big difference! It’s very welcoming, as before it was so dark and reminded me of Hot Topic. This new remodel is much better!
The MTV shirt caught my eye, right near the front door. I tried that one, with a few other shirts too. The employee was OK, but not as friendly or communicative as I would have liked or even expected. She was very quiet. Almost as if it pained her to talk? Maybe she was tired as it was almost 9. The red-​haired lady was a bit more friendly and at least answered my questions about any work-​out clothes they carry. The shirts at the front of the store were very cute. Cute cute cute!
I chose my shirt and when I went to pay, QUIET GIRL THEN tells me of the «Buy 1 get 1 50% off» promotion. Would have saved me a LOT of time had she told me that RIGHT OFF THE BAT when I entered the store, you know?
But that’s how I would have done customer service. If you’re trying to make a sale give me ALL the information in the very beginning! But it’s Torrid. I’ll be back.

The ladies here are so friendly and welcoming! Every time I come in to shop, they are always willing to help me find something that I’m looking for. Their clothes fit me great also. And they’re cute! Love this store!

I’m never disappointed when I shop at Torrid. They greet people on the way in and check in while they are looking around. Any time I have an item or two in hand they offer to start me a room and even make suggestions. The ladies know how to make their customers feel important even when they are slammed or cleaning/​stocking.

I like this location. I like the fact that they personalize your experience by calling you by your name in the dressing room, bringing your shopping bag around the counter like they do at Nordstrom. Service is everything these days. My last visit the management could have been nicer. The sales people were definitely nice but the management/​supervisors seemed inconvenienced that I pulled them away from their tasks to ring me up.

I stopped by over the weekend to check out their shoes and see if any were on sale. I was greeted quickly when I entered the store and a friendly lady asked if she could help me. I explained my mission and she said that though they didn’t have any shoes on sale that day, they were going to have a sale starting in a couple of days, on Monday. She explained the sale and I browsed around a bit. I like the current look of this store — bright and light instead of dark and black. I almost didn’t notice it when I was looking for it on the second floor of the mall. The light colors look good here!

The staff here is amazing and they are over the top with being helfpul and friendly. I love this store and the environment the staff gives off. Any plus size girl should love this store! They have the cutest clothes and jewelry!

Went there today to find a outfit for my husbands Holiday party. I hate going shopping for dresses, but the girls here are just wonderful and found me a dress that fits great and was super cute. Super happy with their service. I will definitely be going back.

I love this store! Super friendly staff, most are bigger girls, and the clothing is super cute. I am a size 12, and so their 0 usually fits me just right but lately I have been ordering sweaters and shawls and the 0 has been huge. Shop online at
and google promo codes and you will def save! I just saved 100 $ off a 200 $+ order with a promo code I got from simply googling. You can buy stuff online and return it in stores too if it doesn’t fit, even if online it says «no returns or exchanges» they always exchange my stuff. I love the divastyle rewards card too! I love torrid!

Tips
Their size 0 is a large
Always try it on sometimes their 0 is way too big and sometimes it’s just right!
Never buy a full price item, they have a sale/​clearance like every other week!
