Went in on Father’s Day for a quick bite and the guy said they would not take my coupon! I don’t understand why because the coupon came in the Ventura circular just recently! I have experienced this problem at another local Sub Way and the only thing I can think of is that they are each individually owned. If that is the case, then the local ads should exclude the stores that do not participate in the discount.

I’m giving this 5 stars because when you walk into a Subway, you know what you’re getting. So you have to rate this based on other things besides the product like service, cleanliness, accommodation, etc.
I’ve been coming to this location +3 years and it’s the best Subway around. Obviously if you want a great sandwich you don’t go to any Subway. But if you want Subway, go here.

Okay the thing here is that honestly it’s beyond mediocre, yet I’m a college kid and sometimes I’m starving and as this is the closes thing around, it tastes like effin heaven! But if you look at it from another perspective, it isn’t the best subway around they run out of things often (there was no Parmesan cheese once LOLWUT?) and the people that work there really aren’t that amazing or provide the best costumer service ever. As I said its as mediocre as subway can get, but when you’re starving and don’t really want to drive too far where exactly do you turn? coughherecough.

This is the worst Subway EVER. I have been in multiple times where they were completely out of things. There is invariably only one or two people in there so I’m sure they just don’t have the time to make bread or meatballs. It’s obvious the owner doesn’t want to pay to have enough employees to keep the place running.
I’ve heard a previous employee has reported this place to the labor board. I am going to see if I can let Subway know what this jerk is doing to their franchise.
And I don’t plan to return any time soon. Possibly ever.
