First I called left a message. Hope returned my call about three days later and said technician was on a service call. He came over while I was at work met with my wife, reset a breaker for $ 95.00 and told her the the timer switch was bad on my spa. And that I (her husband) could call him to explain. I never heard back from him. I called a week ago talked to Hope and she again said technician is on a service call and would call me, no call or contact of any kind. No wonder they closed there store front and are now working out of there home. Having someone else come out. I also own a business and would never treat customers this way. For shame.

I purchased my hot tub from Spas Etc six months ago, and couldn’t be happier with my decision. Hope was excellent about explaining everything to me as a first time buyer. I was a little nervous at first because she assured me maintenance was a breeze, and all you need to do is plug it in and its good to go. It really has been pretty easy though, and has been working perfectly since I’ve had it. I shopped around everywhere in a 30 mile radius, but this place easily had the best deals.

I worked with Hot Springs Spas when I bought my spa. Everyone was terrific to work with there. I ended up getting a 4 person –Highlife saltwater model. Heaven! Hope was very helpful and spent hours on the phone with me talking endlessly about every little detail. She was knowledgeable and helpful. The installers were professional and courteous and arrived on time. Couldn’t have had a better experience!

I’ve previously worked with the people at Spas Etc and I highly recommend them! Everything they do has a great attention to detail and is extremely professional. Not to mention excellent customer service. If you have any personal spa needs, Spas Etc is the place to go!

I bought my Hotsprings hot tub from them back in 2005 and have been a customer ever since. They are very friendly and knowledgable. I had them come out and fix my hot tub a few days ago. The gentleman was very professional. He was familiar with the problem mine had. The repair cost was very reasonable and fixed in less than 30 minutes. He had the right part with him. Thanks again Spas etc. You have a customer for life.
