I am updating my review of Arjay’s and Mr. B’s Blinds after speaking several times with the owner, who contacted me after my original post.
I did not have a good experience with the company prior to this, but at this point, I feel completely taken care of. I felt heard and validated on my experiences and so I wanted to remove the negative review to reflect that.
All of my issues have been resolved and I am very satisfied with my window treatments.
