The 1 star is for lack of response! I haven’t used this service yet because they WILL NOT call me back, so I have NO IDEA what their actual service is like! I’ve called & left a voice mail at least twice a week for the last 2 weeks & no one EVER calls me back! I guess I should have called 4 times a day, every day??? :(
