I only have been in this establishment a couple times. But every time I couldn’t find anyone to help. Even with customers service window open. And again here I am trying to find someone to answer questions about the washer and she is visiting. I went to the window three times and then window is closed and she is gone. I found a friendly lady doing laundry to help.

Although this laundromat is dated, the majority or machines are in good repair and the attendant is friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The laundromat has working change machines for those who forgot to grab some quarters and reasonably priced laundry detergents and fabric softeners.
A good place to go when a laundromat is needed.

I’ve been coming to this laundromat for 20 yrs! The reason I haven’t gone anywhere else is that it the cleanest and the prices are good and I’m very happy that they have put all front loading machine they are better for your clothes and use less water… The owers are very kind and helpful. The attendants are there to help you if you need change or if need help with a machinesŕ

This is a nice, clean, well maintained «coin laundry».
I’ve been going here for the past three months. It’s not the cheapest place to wash your clothes, but the equipment is top notch.
Each time I have used this facility there was an attendant on site. The signs tell me that they have a drop off service.
I once forgot a micro SD card in my pocket and when I brought it to the attention of the attendant and she went out of her way to help me find it. I thought that was awsome.
I only left four stars due to the expense of using the equipment.

This is a great laundromat if you’re doing big loads. The prices are affordable. I went during the day on a weekday and it wasn’t crowded. Gets the job done!

Always a good spot to get it done if you need to. When my laundry facility requires a card without coins, it makes it difficult to reload before the office closes. This place is always accommodating, but I always go near closing (I get home and gather my stuff, and it’s usually around 7:30 when I go).

I have been going here for years. But the place has been falling apart. Today 1÷5÷14, 21 machines were out of order. Sorry to say I will not be returning.

No problems here– got change from the machine, washed and dried a couple loads of laundry, utilized the clothing baskets and ample folding table space, and back on my way with a much fresher-​smelling suitcase. This place conveniently shares it’s strip mall location with several eating establishments, perfect for getting lunch while you wait on the laundry. The manager was very friendly too.

This place is dumb. The dryers ate 3 of my quarters and the attendant lady was absolutely no help. All she basically said was «tough shit». The right thing to do would have been to reimburse me but she was no help and rude. Definitely not returning here.

Ok, I really really dislike doing laundry, however this place makes it tolerable, even fun. Its in a great location, they have WiFi which is HUGE, two change machines, great magazines and super friendly staff. They’re hours are great! Last load in by 830! The place is clean, well lit and I feel safe there.

As far as laundry places go I really like this spot.
Its in the same shopping center as Vons and Presto Pasta on Telephone at Victoria. They have a nice selection of newer washers… everything from the single load to the big blanket and comforter washers. Its not the cheapest in town but but its kept up and is one of the cleanest I know of in the Ventura area. It gets a little busy in here at night and on weekends but I guess that’s a sign of happy customers.
