Basically just wanted to take a second to let you guys know that the juice stand you have is a must every time my family comes and visits the Pacific View Mall. Nothing but WONDERFUL customer service. I’m currently in line actually and I just wanted to acknowledge Mario who was the only one in the stand with a good 10 people ahead of us. Definitely worth the wait of how amazing the smoothies are. But yeah, Mario good job! Keep doing what you’re doing you handled that crowd very well and still kept your patience when most would easily get overwhelmed. Your hard work was recognized which is why not one person questioned getting out of line.

Good food for a good price. I ordered the asada tacos and the mango shaved ice thing and they are good and everything is made fresh when you order it(its not fast food, but then again its made fresh). P. S. the asada fries look amazing

I only come for Fresas con crema but 1. They never have crema. Just take it off the fucking menu if you continue to miss ingredients. They always change up the food itself it won’t look like the picture don’t expect shit.

Food is great, service is slow n employees are very rude, owner was very nice, I ordered Asada fries and waited 30 min for my order and they they added sour cream when I said no sour cream, owner apologized and gave me a free meal for next time, that was nice, that place would get a lot of business if they have better customer service and they were more organized.

–1 stars if I could! I ordered a crêpe pizza & esquite only to get a fucking little Caesars slice of pizza & canned corn with mayo after waiting over 15 mins… Not to mention the terrible attitude the employees have here. Never coming here again

The service is slow. Most items are just ok, only a few are really worth it(mangoneada, fresas con crema). the girls making the food in the back do not wear a hairnet and have their hair all over their face. This place is an every once in a while thing for me.

Was super stoked to find something with eclectic options in a mall. Ordered a chicken tostada for only $ 3.65 what a bargain… it was to include beans, your meat of choice, lettuce, sour cream, tomatoes salsa verde & cheese. They were out of Thai Tea I wanted to try and nearly 25 minutes later I get my tostada, and it doesn’t have tomatoes, sour cream or salsa verde and looks nothing like the fabulous picture they have. I go back to question why my tostada is missing several things and they take their sweet time acknowledging my presence at the counter and then say they are out of salsa verde but can give me sour cream on the side. When I ask if they can add tomatoes, she takes it away and the proceeds to go back to the kitchen taking her sweet time and I realize they don’t even have any prepared, as she slowly pulls a tomato out of the fridge and begins rinsing it. At this point I asked for it back because I figured by the time I wait it’s going to be colder than it already is!!! Horrible experience and here I was just looking for a quick bite before shopping. Taste was good for the price but the service alone is enough to keep me from ever making the mistake of coming here again!!! Poor service, horrible wait time, and not even one apology!!!

Expect to wait about 20 mins for your order. This is my 3rd time eating here. After today this is my last. I patiently waited 20 mins for 3 tacos. I finally got fed up and asked the cashier what was going. Apparently my order wasn’t put thur. Worst situation on a 30 min lunch break. Cashier gave me a bag a chips to accommodate the wait… He also stated asada tacos takes longer to cook than the other meats. I’m starving so I decided to wait till my tacos were done. I will never come here again

Not a great crowd or system. This is a stand in the mall and people have nowhere to go when waiting for their food/drink. But, the Thai iced tea blended with boba is the best I have ever had!!! I was initially upset with the atmosphere. But the tea redeemed the place.

The 3 stars is really for the slow service. Additionally, I’ve only tried one thing on their menu so I have to be a little conservative with giving out the stars until i get more experience with the establishment. Anyway, that one thing I tried was their chicken tacos and those were really very good. It was 3 tacos and a drink for 5.50 $. I loved the salsa verde and pico de gallo they piled on top. So juicy and flavorful. The chicken was cooked thru and nice and tender. If all they served were tacos, I’d give this place 4.25 stars. It did take about 20 minutes to make though. So it’s not a good place to go if you’re in a hurry, but at least it’s made fresh to order. On a side note, I spent my wait time enthusiastically asking the cashier about every delicious looking order that I witnessed being created for other customers. It was an educational experience learning about the chicharrones(piled high and looking muy sabroso) and the tostilocos(chip bags cut open and mixed with a few other salty goodies. Very intriguing). Take all this with a grain of salt. I should confess that I’ve just recently moved back from living in New Jersey for the past 12 years where even remotely decent Mexican food is hard to come by. Still, looking forward to giving this place another try. By the way, I think I heard the cashier say they no longer make the mini donuts.

Ordered a bag of churros and the cashier was so distracted that it took her 5 minutes to hand me the bag. Not only did they taste disappointedly stale and were greasy, but the people working behind the counter looked grimy! I personally wouldn’t order anything from here, I can go to the swap meet during the weekends and get my mangonada groove on or make the crêpe at home! I’m sorry, but I really wouldn’t recommend, even if you just want a bag of chips unless you want to wait a while.

I have read all the posts and i would give this place another chance if i were you. First let me say the lady that runs it is truly awesome — she will bend over backwards to accommodate you. Yes its true her employees are a bit slower, but the crepes are really good — especially the chicken pesto and the BBQ chicken one. I do request light on the sauce as i like to taste the fresh ingredients like spinach and tomato. The Boba drinks are the reason i go there as they are yummy and prices are the best in town. I tried the other Boba tea place in town and smaller drinks, higher prices and less Boba in them. They are located right outside JCPenny in the Pacific View Mall, i would recommend trying them as the ingredients are fresh and tasty. I really hope the above posters give another chance as the food is good.

Mr gold earring grumpy pants crêpe maker totally ignored me. I rang the bell and nothing. Finally I asked if there was someone to help me and he said«give me two minutes». A Nutella crêpe with fresh strawberries and bananas for $ 5 is a good price but the experience I had was pretty lame.

Mediocre crêpe, the guy’s fingers were all over it while he was making it and, to make it worse, he kept dipping his fingers in this milky dirty water. The floor had trash everywhere and there was a shopping cart behind the register. Disappointing.

The first time I stopped by Island Squeeze in the mall was just by chance. I was thirsty and the line didn’t seem to be very long. So, I ordered a drink and the smell of the delicious crepes started to lure me in. I ended up buying a crêpe. To be honest with you, I thought it just sounded strange… a Chicken Pesto Crêpe? How could that possibly taste? Well, let me tell you… it was frickin awesome! I was so pleasantly surprised by the unique combination of flavors that I’ve now become a regular. If you aren’t hungry, try something to drink because the drinks are super fab too! They’ve got great smoothies and coffee blends that’ll knock your socks off! If you haven’t tried Boba at the bottom of your drink… please try it just once. It’s at instant hook! Truly! They accidentally put some in mine once… and I was an «instant fan»! The staff is wonderful and the lady who runs the place is super sweet. I think they’d be SUPERB as a stand alone restaurant rather than a fast food, quick fix at the mall. That’s the only reason I’ve rated them a four star… because it’s not always easy to find seating if the mall is packed. Give them a try! They’re pretty awesome! A new addition to Pacific View Mall, Island Squeeze Café offers crepes, mini donuts(6 for $ 2), funnel cakes, bagels shaved ice and fruit bowls. The crepes come in savory and sweet varieties. The donut machine looked familiar and it’s the same as the one used by the Daily Dozen in Seattle. You can choose toppings and sauces for your mini donuts. * Tuna salad crêpe($ 6.50): The thin folded crêpe had plenty of fillings. The batter was lightly sweet and tasty. The crêpe had big slices of cucumber, tuna salad(not bad but nothing special), chopped tomato(not ripe), whole spinach leaves, a simple and satisfying meal that you need a fork and knife for The mall also has another business called Island Squeeze which specializes in smoothies. Island Squeeze Café is close to Wetzel’s Pretzels and Mrs. Field’s Cookies.
