ICM is one of the best and most professional services we have ever seen. Sherrill is a true professional who goes over and beyond what is needed to ensure clients are being well taken care of. She is hands down one of the best and easiest people to speak to when it comes to patient care. You will not regret working her, We had first meet Sherrill over a year ago. When we had meet with her to discuss patient care needs we knew that she was a true professional. She showed up early and was highly organized when it came to documenting client information. Unlike many people who claim they are care managers she actually has education in the field so her expertise and level of training is far superior to many who do similar work. When my elderly parents suddenly needed 24-​hour in-​home care I was extremely fortunate to work with Sherrill Steitz of Integrity Care Managing. She responded immediately and worked tirelessly addressing the many problems that I faced. She came to their home and assessed the safety of their house; she obtained a hospital bed very quickly; she gave me recommendations regarding potential assisted living facilities should my parents need them; and she picked up prescriptions and offered to accompany my parents to medical appointments if necessary.
Most importantly, Sherrill provided my parents with two wonderful caregivers who go above and beyond their duties in making my parents comfortable, happy and healthy. She checked in with both parties multiple times to make sure everything was going smoothly.
Perhaps one of the best services Sherrill provides is her understanding and empathy. She is a very kind and compassionate woman who provides the best care possible.
It has been an immense relief to have Sherrill help me navigate through this difficult time. With 3,000 miles separating my elderly mother from me, Sherrill Steitz of Integrity Care Managing has been truly indispensable to my mom and me, both while mom lived alone in her home and since she has been in assisted living. When my mom fell, Sherrill went to the ER with her in the middle of the night, was her advocate at a skilled nursing facility, then helped us find a wonderful assisted living where my mom now resides and is very pleased with.
