One of the better gun shows in Southern California. Considering there are no more shows in LA County, this is one of the better ones left in Southern California. Two large buildings and sometimes a third. Yes, there is some junk being sold but mostly gun related stuff. Not as many new guns as there use to be but still enough. A fair amount of antique guns and enough ammo suppliers to keep most happy. I have been to several gun shows recently in both Tucson and Phoenix Arizona and the size and quantity of stuff is about the same. Ventura is a nice place to visit. Make a day of it. The fair grounds are right on the ocean and walking distance from downtown Ventura Shopping area. Save yourself the $ 5 parking fee and park in downtown area in a free lot, ½ mile walk.

Advertised as buy, sell, and trade. Was a bust for me. Went to maybe trade a pistol. No inventory. Knives, gun parts, ammo, military garb and accessories, and a few antique and old weapons. No body for me to do business with. A waste for me.

Always enjoy the gun show in Ventura. A wide selection of ammo and accessories for AR rifles and pistols

$ 12 per person for admission plus a $ 5 parking fee makes this tiny gun show pretty overpriced. Only two small buildings were occupied, and a fair number of those vendors were selling completely random things, like bed sheets and assorted junk you’d find in a swap meet. Only 3 ammo vendors, which meant there wasn’t a lot of price competition between them. I’m told that the Costa Mesa show is much larger, so give this one a pass.

Alot of empty spaces, not many venders and the vendors that were there cleaned up early, around 2pm… too expensive to park and enter show just to look at junk!.. alot of vendors seem to not know much about items, so forget about asking even some of the most simpliest questions… if youre interested in beef jerky, chinese knives and handmade knitted blankets, than enjoy, otherwise… WORSTGUNSHOWEVERYYEARSINCE2002

Although this is a small gunshow in ventura county, I like this place because it’s right next tothe ocean.

I loved this show! So far I’ve only been to the Ontario and Ventura Crossroads shows, but I can say I liked this one alot better than the Ontario show. There were a ton of vendors taking up three indoor hangars and some outdoor Miwall and LAX booths — it took us about 4 leisurely hours to get through it all — we were in no hurry and hit up every single aisle. I spent way more than I budgeted for but don’t regret a single purchase. I got my Miwall reloads, some cleaning supplies, a steel«jumping target», blinking lights for my dog’s collar, beef jerky, and a ton of other random crap. Admission was only $ 9 with the $ 1/off coupon from the Crossroads website and parking a very reasonable $ 5. I loved the indoor/outdoor layout and it was much more spread out than the Ontario show, which meant you could actually walk around without bumping into people(although it was still very crowded). I’ve been told that the Costa Mesa show is even better than this one… can’t wait for that!

Another weekend, another gun show. Of all the Crossroads of the West gun shows in So Cal, this one is the worst of the bunch. They have the most non-gun vendors selling Indian jewelery, old fishing lures, and basically a lot of junk in my opinion. Not worth making a long drive for unless you’re up North in the area. Even the large ammo suppliers scale down at this location to probably ½ their normal show size. But there are always deals to be had as I picked up a bunch of PMC and Winchester factory 9 mm for $ 7.25 which is about 50% off from your local gun stores.
