Clean & Dry Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning

I was not pleased with this business. Carpets came out okay but not the best I’ve had done for what I paid, I’ve paid less and was more satisfied. I have my carpets done every 8 – 12 months so they are in good condition and I vacuum weekly. What really got me were the scuff marks on my front entry door from the hoses and some yellow splatter of something that was sticky but wiped off easily with water. Hours later in the evening I turned my outdoor hose and water squirted all over my business clothes and dress shoes; I certainly do not recall unscrewing my hose from the faucet and not re-​tightening. I imagine water was used to clean the carpets and my hose was not tightened back on. Upon arrival of the carpet cleaner we presented a $ 25 coupon that was emailed to us. The coupon was not accepted, instead we were told that the quoted price from weeks ago already had the coupon reduction factored in. I’ll I can say is the quoted price should have indicated the coupon reduction. How did he know we had a coupon when he gave the job quote? If this e-​coupon was known about by this business, then certainly they should have quoted a one price and then reduced the coupon to show the price due in the original quote. The coupon ordeal is a deceptive business practice.
