George was great to work with — very professional, but easy going and full of answers. My husband and I are first time home buyers so not as familiar with the process, but he sat down with us and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand (and he wasn’t melodramatic). The report was extremely detailed, including pictures and I definitely recommend him.
