Sister came into town for her birthday and we decided get tattoos on a whim! Called and made an appointment. They were able to get us in Travis did mine and Robert did my sisters both came out amazing! Clean shop, friendly staff, highly recommend them. My sister will be coming back for full sleeves with Robert!

My boyfriend and I were in the area last weekend and decided we wanted to get some work done. We found Black Swan on Unilocal and are so glad we did! We both got absolutely amazing work done by Forrest. Very comfortable atmosphere and Forrest is an absolutely incredible artist! We can’t wait to get more work done by him.

My friend’s and I were looking for a close place for me to get my industrial pierced and found black swan collective. They take walk ins but there was an appointment so we had about a 20 minute wait. The piercer’s name was Michi and she wasn’t necessarily friendly or talkative. When it was my turn to be helped, she asked for my ID and I had to get it out of my wallet which is a little pouch. I had at least $ 400 cash in my «wallet» and it was visible to her. Unfortunately I did not ask how much the piercing was prier. The industrial piercing involves two separate piercings and the first one was fine with minimal pain but the second she had trouble getting it through smoothly so she had to shove it through the skin and the pain was horrible. Then when she was putting the ball onto the jewelry she dropped it and had to get a new jewelry set and was extremely not gentle. Then when it was time to pay she charged me $ 90, the price seemed high but I didn’t question it. After we left I felt uneasy about what I paid and googled the average price which said about $ 60 – 70 dollars. I waited a couple days and then called the shop as someone interested in this piercing. I talked to the shop owner and he informed me that their piecer Michi had been fired and they won’t have a new one for a week or two. He also said they charge $ 70 for the industrial piercing ($ 35 for a piercing). This made me really upset so I decided to call a little later and explain how I was over charged and the unprofessional owner told me he was unsure and that was a guess of the price like he wouldn’t know as the owner. He sounded sure of the price the first time I called. HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Alicia was really nice. My girlfriends and I decided we wanted tattoos and made appointments to see her. She was friendly and totally understanding of my nervousness (it was my first tattoo). It barely hurt and she did a good job.
It wasn’t until afterwards (upon taking a closer look) that I noticed that the lines aren’t straight or identical to one another, and the V is totally uneven from the rest of the letters (see pic).
I don’t live in Southern California so the only remedy is to get it fixed up here.
They charged $ 60 for the tattoo plus a credit card fee of 5%, plus tip. For the price of the overall job, I wish the quality was better.

I stopped in to this shop the other day, great atmosphere, very polite staff. I ended up getting 2 piercings from Michi Stoke, the professional piercer of the shop. She did a great job! Really professional and thorough. I highly recommend her for any piercing needs you or anyone else might have.

Abe did an amazing job on my husbands cover up tattoo. His work exceeded our expectations.
While I was waiting on my husband Alicia did small tattoo on my back and her work was excellent.

All of the staff members are friendly, welcoming and talented! The shop is extremely clean and well taken care of. You get more than what you pay for at Black Swan Collective, amazing art and an unforgettable experience.

my sister got a piercing here last week and so far so good! The staff was super cool and we were in and out with a nose ring in minutes, thanks!

This shop is clean and everybody that works here is super friendly.
Abe did mine and my husbands tattoos and they turned out amazing!
I would highly recommend him and this shop in general.
Also, his pricing is more than fair. Remember to tip!

SPUR OF THE MOMENT TATTOOS WITH MY BEST FRIEND.
We were down in the area, didn’t know what we wanted to do; «hey, I know. let’s get tattoos!». Googled shops in the area & found this place. Talked to one guy about our ideas (I’m sorry I forgot your name but you have tattoos on your eyelids) & he was very friendly & incredibly helpful because I knew what I wanted I just didn’t know where to put it. Let us know that he was unavailable but Alicia would be in soon.
She was fantastic! Super chill, fun to talk to, made the whole thing go by so quickly. I showed her a picture of what I wanted & she replicated it perfectly & made it even more amazing.
It’s been a few days & I’m so in love with it. I can’t stop staring at how perfect it is. This shop is amazing & you have to check it out if you’re looking to get some new ink. It’s a bit of a drive for me but I’ll definitely be back.

My husband and I got some very detailed line work done by Abe and we just love it! The shop is clean and the environment mellow. We’ll definitely go back to see Abe for some more work in the future.

Abe is simply amazing. Look forward to getting more work done by him! My husband had a large arm piece and it is fantastic. I had a small piece done (and I’m a bit of a wuss) but he was fast, efficient, but it looks GREAT! Matched my previous piece, and even touched that one up too so they match. Highly recommended!

I got a tattoo on my arm that I was extremely disappointed in at WEST END GALLERY. To top it off it was done by the owner! Then I went to Bryan Lavish of BLACK SWAN COLLECTIVE and he hooked my tattoo up and made it very nice. Definitely going to Bryan for all future ink. Saved my life.

Black swan is top of line. I love that there 100% disposable. The shop owner Bryan has don’t every tattoo I have n I wouldn’t go to anyone else. Quality work, chill price, dope environment. Like the new branding of the shop. 5 stars
