I called in for a quote on materials to re-​roof my house. Spoke to Rick. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, and had a quote in my email inbox in less than 10 minutes. Reasonable prices, and fast service… Gotta love it. Highly recommended!

This place is so helpful until the bill is paid… When I needed to return a few tiles they hit me with a 15% restocking charge plus a $ 6.00 «processing fee» that was never disclosed to me. What bunk! There are plenty more roofing companies that have their customer’s good will in mind and not their pocketbook. They are expensive and self-​serving and I will never shop there again.

Please… Please learn from my mistake. Go to H&R Roofing in Oxnard instead. I purchased a VERY high end roof and A.L.L. Roofing — Tommy sold me some wrong «parts». They also must have a problem with dealing with anyone that is not male. When I went back he tried to say I was trying to save money. If that was the case I would have went with asphalt shingles, not Eco-​Star tile that is over 3 bucks a tile.
They are nice and helpful until that bill has been paid… then it is a childish finger pointing, not want to help situation. VERY POOR!
