The Bombay salad is UHMAZING! I bought one of their salads at a juice place and i am such a big fan. I’m amazed at how vacuum packing the mason jars keeps the avocado so fresh. Best salad on the go, ever.

Venice Beach Salad Co has been my primary meal source for more than six months. As a full time independent contractor/​massage therapist I have very little free time for planning meals, shopping, washing, or chopping, but I need a healthy and convenient diet to live and work optimally. VBSC has changed my life for the better, and here’s how. Typically I get between 6 – 12 salads per week, delivered right to my door. This has virtually eliminated weekly trips to the grocery store. If I’m running to work I just drop a salad into a light box and go. If I’m heading to a special event or dinner at a friends place, I grab a salad and go. I’m always prepared, and now I have the added peace of mind that I am doing the absolute best for my body each and every time I eat. As an added bonus I’ve shed a few pounds, my complexion has cleared up, and I have more free time to do the things I love with ease. And when I have a cheat day, I no longer feel any guilt because I actually look forward to getting back to my delicious salads.
Today I started my morning with my new favorite… Apple of My Eye, a PERFECT summer meal with finely chopped soft kale, citrus, sunflower seeds, sliced apple, currants and chickpeas. I could eat this every day for the rest of my life. Thank you VBSC for all the delicious love!

Venice Beach Salad Co has been delivering for our office since February and we’re so thankful for the deliciousness that comes every monday morning! Honestly, we’re getting a little spoiled and loving it. The salads are always generously portioned, frequently they can be shared or made to last two days if you throw in a snack or piece of fruit too.
The flavors and textures vary enough to keep us all interested & looking forward to her new creations as well. Best of all is getting ½ hour of your day back, and getting it guilt-​free!
