Really bad. The woman behind the counter didn’t accept the Unilocal coupon, so they’re just doing that to get people in. Poor quality massage. Don’t go.

I have never had a worse massage experience in my entire life. I am trying to wrap my head around how this establishment is still running. I called the day before my service and made an «appointment» for 5:00pm. When I arrived they said «come back in 45 minutes we’re very busy, or come back tomorrow.» When I came back 45 minutes later they tell me that they can’t do the 1 hour massage I asked for, they are too busy and can only give me a 45 minute massage. I’d like to note that not one other person was in the «spa» at the time, and the other 2 women were not providing services for anyone. Also the establishment closes at 10:00pm, and it was 5:20pm. Then I come to find that the price is the same for a 45 minute massage as an hour massage which I thought was strange, but still did it.
Then she told me that I needed to pay before hand and that tip needs to be included on the card. I usually don’t like tipping before a service for obvious reasons, but decided I’ll give 20% tip on the $ 45.00 massage (considering I was asked to wait 45 minutes, then only offered a 45 minute massage after requesting an hour, and tipping before the service– I felt that was plenty) So I asked her to run my card for $ 54.00. She said «no this is not like a restaurant– all massages you tip the person $ 10 it is $ 55 miss. We add one dollar for service fee with card– total is $ 56 dollars» and swipes my card… ummmmm WHAT? You don’t tell someone how much to tip ESPECIALLY if it’s before the service!
Then this horrible story ends with the actual massage. The room is not aesthetically appealing at all. The woman was shouting to the other employees outside of the room over the walls during my massage, and to top this all off– after she told me the massage was finished, I got dressed and looked at my phone and it had only been 35 MINUTES!!!
THIS PLACE IS AWFUL. I would rather stop drop and roll on the floor for a body massage then ever go back to this place again. I suggest having your dog massage you before coming here! BAD BAD BAD!!!

I have gone to a lot of different places to get a massage but this is the worst by far all they did was pinch my back and my legs and my arms do not go here.

I’m not a big fan of the massage. My girlfriend however highly recommend me to try it to see if it would help on my injured shoulder. A friend recommended this facility so thought I would give it a go. Place was clean, and well kept. May was my therapist and was as kind as can be. Told her I don’t really like massages etc etc. she was gentle and understood what it was going to take to work on my shoulder. Much to my surprise it seemed to have worked. Shoulder feels better and I have become a fan of the massage

I had just come home from the gym and in dire need of a good massage. Being Friday night my regular Thai massage was booked up and I remember seeing a coupon in the Monthly Mailer… So I decided to give it a shot before checking with Unilocal.I was met by the front desk person. She had a gruff demeanor but took my $ 5 off coupon without complaint. I paid with a credit card and told her I would tip in cash at the end.
The person who actually gave me the massage was Lilly. Lilly clearly knows what she is doing. I had one of the best massages I had ever had. She had a happy demeanor and was friendly. She would ask at times if the pressure was too hard. I will definitely go back an make sure I book an appointment with Lilly. By the look of the other review here you better ask for Lilly. I feel sorry for Shays terrible experience, I’m actually glad I didn’t check with Unilocal or I never would have gone.
Minus one star for the desk person up front. Looks like somebody has a permanent case of the Mondays!
