Pick Me!

I am so happy I stumbled upon these tasty treats one day in Venice. WOW. For someone with a sweet tooth it’s really hard for me to find something HEALTHY that can satisfy the cravings. These are perfectly portioned so I don’t feel like I am completely indulging when I have just one (let’s be honest, it’s at least two). Try the coconut! They are really good!

I LOVE THESE!!! FINALLY someone came up with a sugar free/​gluten free snack that actually has some taste. & not just a little taste, a whole lot of good taste! YUM. All the PICK ME creations are delicious. They sell these Cocoa Creations and the Crunchy Kharmas and all the flavors are extremely fresh tasting and so good! Again YUM. Please try them if you are wanting a sugar free/​gluten snack that tastes good and is good for you! And the owner is a local who is as sweet as her creations are and it feels like a bonus being able to buy from someone as kind hearted and committed to a healthy community like she is. LOVE xoxox

I’ve tried the Crunch Karma bars, and these bars are great! My favorite is the Pear Hazelnut! I love that these bars are VEGAN, taste great, and that they’re produced locally in Venice!

I accidentally stumbled upon this product in Point Dume, Malibu. Tasted it and also got the privilege to meet the owner. A beautiful woman with a wonderful soul. That is the one reason I love her products so much. It’s made from love! I love that it’s healthy and it has varieties of taste. I definitely recommend it to anyone out there in the fitness world. I had the opportunity to try the Banana Ginger, Pear Hazelnut and Blueberry Almond bars. One word: DELICIOUS! BTW, all of these treats are gluten free.
If you are into keeping your business local in Venice, and you like eating foods that are actually a healthy choice, then these are for you.

I found Pick Me’s crunchy karmas fruit and nut bars at a local juice bar, Sunlife Organics in The Lakes. I loved the simple, creative ingredients and packaging. Then… what a party in my mouth! I think I have found my favorite dessert and snack, and it’s gluten free. The bars are light with just the right amount of crisp and nice slightly tart fruit favors. They have only 3 ingredients and I can pronounce them all: fruit, nuts, coconut oil. I ordered more from the website and they are just as tasty as the first one I got (peach). They are not inexpensive, but since they are sugar and gluten free and very satisfying (½ bar at a time is plenty) I consider them a super deal. Plus, I love supporting local (ish) small businesses with a social conscience.
