Parked on the street opposite Pat’s in a rain storm. I have MS and legs are barely functional. As I tried to get to rear of car for the wheelchair, lost grip on roof rack and fell on the road. Terry, an employee at Pat’s, ran over to us in the rain. She assisted my wife to get me on my feet. Although a 20 minute drive, I will be a steady and grateful customer at Pat’s.

Ever been to a barber shop where you’re sitting in the waiting area for 20 minutes to go next (the only person waiting in the shop) to one of the two chairs with barbers that both have customers? When the first barber finishes up with a customer and sits down and takes an extended munchie break?
Well, this was my first and last Pat’s experience. I sat and waited for the remaining working barber to finish up with his customer for 5 more minutes before finally just walking out. I won’t be back. Being treated as a valued customer is very important to me.

Stopped in during a long weekend for a little trim. Pat was extremely friendly and accomodating. Doug came in and gave me a great cut. Would definitely come back. If only I lived in Venice.

Pat’s is great nothing fancy but really friendly. Pat gives a great haircut and knows how to use a razor to cut your hair. She knows everyone so if you want a haircut and the scoop on what’s going on in Venice go to Pat’s.
