From reading the other reviews, it’s clear that Ruby has a loyal and happy following. I can only second the two previous reviews. Ruby has been styling my hair for over 10 years and I never once thought about going somewhere else. In fact, my worry is what if Ruby’s other business ventures (he organizes an annual film festival) takes off? What will I do then? I have coarse Asian hair which I struggled with for much of my early life. And then I found Ruby. He found styles that worked and I couldn’t be happier. About 5 years ago, he started coloring my hair. I worried about going down that road but why? I had Ruby. Do yourself a favor and give him a call.
