Beware!!! I was quoted 19 for the technician to come out and 25 to unlock the door. I asked the rep several times and he confirmed. When the driver got here, he quoted me 125. Basically it’s 70 – 80 for Him to unlock it plus the call centers fee. If I could give 0 stars I would. Apparently this is a call center that dispatches to independent technicians and takes a huge cut. My technician was extremely courteous and professional but the call center is shady AF. Hire another service for 95 bucks like like I was quoted when I called.

Called this company to help with a locked closet and they asked for my front door key to make the closet key the same. I wouldn’t give them the key and they asked 3x. Buyer beware!

Scammers! get someone that is licensed and bonded… the 19 dollars didn’t go towards work completed. they sold me a new door knob and set up the lock so my old key would work in it(home depot) does this for free they charged 50 dollars. i told them that the quickset/latch was broken(intermediate) problem but he stuck it in there anyway. total was 154 dollars!!! then to top it off i had opened the door a total of 3 times that day then when i tried to get back in ONCE again the latch was NOT responding! so i called Chen on his cell phone he said that he would be there to fix it(no charge) 2 ½ hours waiting outside for the moron and he comes and puts in another latch(I told) him this from the beginning! then he says it will be 85 dollars I was so pissed i told him take it out and take your 154 door knob with you and give me my money back… well you guessed it NOREFUNDS. by th way the latch cost 20 dollars at the local locksmith… this was a horrible experience i couldn’t sleep last night working that someone would break in my house… DONTUSETHEM!

Would have done one star but I did get back into my apartment. Was quoted 19 $ service charge over the phone. When I called I specifically stated that I would need 3 doors unlocked, and was told the technician would be there in 20 minutes. It took 40 minutes, and the total was actually 200 $. Lucky for me another tenant came in the community doors right at the right time or else he wouldn’t have been able to help me at all. Not satisfied with this company or their service.

Nice guys, but like others mentioned here I Was told $ 54 min for the job. We were locked out the house, figured not a big deal since it’s a very old lock and thought the job shouldn’t take too long. The guy took a while to get there, but it’s LA. However, in the end after 45 mins of trying, he was not able to open the door. We still paid him $ 20 for showing up — at least he tried.

Scammers… waited 45 min after my initial phone conversation saying they would arrive in 20min. Then the lock smith added $ 95 for weekend service then $ 185 for labor plus $ 15 service charge. Over the phone they quoted my $ 15 service charge and $ 35 hourly. Then I bargained down to $ 100 and the locksmith said there was a $ 20 credit card fee! I said no! And so he said ok give me a tip. I ended up paying $ 110. Had they just be honest I would have gladly paid that up front. And in the end it took less than one min. For the guy to open the door. Just a pain just for one min of work. Big fat zero for customer service!

This is scam! The SOBs said $ 54 on the phone and then charged $ 173 when they got here and its not like it was a hard job or anything. Took longer to sign the invoice than to unlock the car. Pretty sure this isn’t even a real local business. Even if it is a real business, call somebody else that will give you a straight quote.
