We rented a home for two months Jan through Feb of 2011. While it was an older home and we required the intervention of a plumber a couple times and a handy man to fix a towel rack that broke when the medicine cabinet fell off the wall, the owner and Home and Condo couldn’t have been more responsive. The home was more than sufficiently stocked with the necessities-​linens, kitchen sundries, even a new large flat screen TV was provided! We had high speed internet included. And we kept the home quite clean, followed check out instructions and were pleased that our entire deposit was promptly… yes promptly… returned. Home and Condo Rentals proved to be a credible, professional rental agency and we would not hesitate to work with them again!
