I have had a terrible experience with Harriman’s they just take your money and will not honor anything they say. It’s all lies one after another. Even there manger lied numerous times. Here is the story we were purchasing a house that had roof problem. Well the previous owner wanted to do the work right and hired Harriman’s to remove the solar while the work was being done and paid in full for the removal and reinstallation. Mind you this wasn’t cheap $ 785. Well they removed it but when it was time to put it back on… I got a call saying we will call you with an appointment within the next week. Who calls to say we are going to give you an appointment and not actually give you one? Anyhow waited a week nothing. So I called back and the manager said that he will definitely have it done within the end of next week… get another call saying someone is going to call me with an appointment… But an appointment was never given. End of next week rolled around I call back and speak to the same manger and he said yes someone will call u to give u an appointment within the next two weeks… Um the work was fully paid since the end of October it is now December 12 and still NOTHING… They take your money and they give you the run around. Worse company and customer service ever. I will also be reporting them to the BBB because this is unacceptable.
