Hampton Inn & Suites

The evening arrival was easy. There was a table with hot chocolate, hot coffee, and lemon infused water. What a nice greeting after a long drive.
The room was nice and laid out well. Had space you could walk in so not over cramped. This was nice.
The blankets were fluffy, soft, and warm. There were plenty of towels. The bathroom counter was higher so you didn’t have to bend over. The bathroom was larger.
Cable was decent. Parking was easy and free. They had an ice machine with really cold unmelted ice. I know this sounds dumb, I have an injury that needs iced so it mattered.

My husband and I routinely stay at Hampton Inn hotels when traveling, and we’ve started to notice something they all have in common. Low water pressure (which results in clogged toilets and having to take extra long showers just to rinse off the soap and shampoo) and sub-​par air conditioners. The Hilton chain of hotels prides itself on «going green» but I think the real reason they turn the A/​C up and the water pressure down is so they can SAVE green. Their two biggest weaknesses are definitely the poor air conditioning (which they let you think you’re in control of) and low water pressure. What keeps us coming back are the reasonable rates, convenient locations, clean rooms and complimentary breakfast.

Great friendly staff! Nice place and very clean. We had a clogged toilet but when we told them they came very quick and fixed very quickly. The pool and jacuzzi were super clean. The breakfast was really good and the breakfast staff was making sure everything was stocked and neat. Enjoyed my stay and will be back.

Everything I have come to expect from a Hampton — cookies at night (they never make enough, however), breakfast in the morning and a clean room. Didn’t have a problem with the air conditioning since it was too cold in Venice?
Too bad the restaurant right across the road is closed but the desk staff was more than helpful in making recommendations.

Only complaint is the A/C…too hot or too cold and very noisy!

This is a nice clean hotel, I stayed here for a week while on vacation. My only complaint is the AC system sucks, it is either to hot, or too cold in the rooms.
