This place is my favorite place to grab lunch. The food is fresh, delicious, fast, and most importantly affordable. Their service is very friendly and the restaurant is spotless. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good place to eat in Venice Beach on the boardwalk

Friendly service, amazing food have been coming for quite a while now but I’ve only gotten a lamb/chicken gyro but, their gyros are the best I’ve ever tasted!

I don’t recommend. Overpriced and tasteless food. My husband and I were very excited about finding Arabic food for lunch and were eager to try this place. I got the chicken kebab meal and a soda for $ 13. The chicken was tasteless as was the beef my husband got. The fries were not good either. No taste just fried oil taste. My husband is Arabic and I’ve had proper Arabic food as well and this did not taste authentic at all. The two of us spent $ 30 and we threw almost all of it away. I’m shocked that the few reviews they have received are so good. I’d recommend the Indian place next to it.

I live across the street from this place, and have looked out my window at it many many times. I finally had decided to give it a try. Generally I avoid eating on the boardwalk, but I was feeling adventurous and lazy. My laziness and sense of adventure paid off! The guy working in there is friendly, the gyro was delicious, and the french fries were excellent. The fries were just some frozen from a bag, but were fried to order. Not really anything to write home about, but… Considering the location and the scene out on the street the outside can seem a bit off-putting, but it’s the VB Boardwalk. It’s sketchy as hell out there all of the time. That said, the place is clean and the prices reasonable. If you make it out here, it’s definitely worth a stop for a quick delicious bite while you people watch, or enjoy the amazing sunsets.

I cannot believe there are only 2 reviews for this place! It has been here at Venice forever… =) but it was my first time coming here ever last weekend :) I was starving but wanted to save my stomach for dinner and the boyfriend and I decided to eat here. The Lamb and Beef Gyros wowww! Heres the break down: It twas Delicious, cheap, and YUMMY omggg their fries go hand in hand with the Gyros and their sauce is supperbbb! Definitely will be the to-go-to– place to eat at Venice from now on. (It’s right next to the place where they always advertise the 1.99 cheese pizza slices) btw if you are only looking to «snack» get the fries i think it was only 2.50 for a WHOLE box filled of fries YUMMMMM the Venice Heaven ;P

This is my favorite spot on the Venice boardwalk! You walk up to the nondescript Dutch door and order from either a kid, or the owner, and then the process begins. I swear, I’ve never seen a guy work so methodically and obsessive compulsively in my life. He’ll line up every order and slowly, but surely, gently place every ingredient in line, exactly and precisely. He’s not exactly fast, and you may have to wait a bit to get your order, but in the end you will receive your delicious, consistent, pita sandwiches, snuggled in their box like adorable, little babies sleeping soundly in their crib. Every time. I haven’t had the kabob, but the gyros are some of the best I’ve found in LA. The tsaziki sauce is cool and creamy, and is awesome with the spicy meat, appropriately carved off of a spinning spit. The falafel too is good, but I’m no connoisseur. Problem is that I have NO idea when the hell this place is open! He’s always been there on weekends, but during the week I don’t know what is up! I’ve been by around lunchtime to find the door closed, and there’s no listing of times anywhere. I really need to ask, and update this Unilocal listing! But despite the eccentricities, for me, a trip to the Venice boardwalk requires a gyro, or two, and some fried Oreos at Big Daddy’s.

Good place to grab a quick pita kebab wrap after a long day at Venice Beach. I loved their lamb & beef kebab(good sauce, veggies, wrap, etc) Although, I think it’s a bit overpriced.
