We were in town for a meeting and our computer died. Called Chris at 9:45 at night and we were up and running, back in the hotel working by 10:15. Fast, friendly service at a very reasonable price. Thanks Chris. At our meetings today, we shared our story with everyone as an example of quality customer service!

What a relief to find Chris. He is responsive, professional and knowledgeable. And he listens. I am not a computer whiz. He had the patience to listen to my problem, and then resolved it very quickly And then because he solved the initial problem well we asked him to take on two other problems — an old laptop and an ipad. Worked his magic on both. Do I recommend him? Yes!

Chris did a fantastic job in fixing a piece of junk laptop that another computer shop in town sold us. (DON’T EVER do business with Scott’s Computer World) Chris is the best computer person I’ve met in the 10 years I’ve lived in Venice. He really knows what he is doing.

My laptop screen stoped working and i went to different places and they all told me to just buy a new one, they didnt understand the sentimental value, i went to digital rx repair and Chris understood right of the bat my connection with the laptop and went above and beyond of what the scope of the project was, im very happy with his service and commitment, will recomend for any and all your computer needs
