Cute shop. But the passionfruit citrus Aquiesse candlees they carry are incredible! Worth a trip just for those divine-smelling expenses.

Startled to be writing the second Unilocal review for Colcha five years after the first review was posted in 2007! Colcha welcomes you with a California ambivalence to indoor/outdoor distinctions. Merchandise spills out onto their Abbot Kinney patio and the open air storefront leads into more shop floor offerings. The home décor and furniture reflect the cultures Of countries the owner has spent time in. We were interested in items that turned out to be sourced from Africa and India. I’m not sure these are fair trade items for two reasons — a cursory look at the website didn’t reveal a social mission and the side table I bought manufactured in India sold for $ 150. That’s a half years salary to many in India. If the owner contacts me to let me know otherwise I’ll update this review. There is some designer stuff too which includes some items from Jonathan Adler. Net opinion — a cute boutique with a smart design. If you’re an adult please heed the notes to resist the temptation to sit in the kid-sized woven patio furniture — it will break! Despite the signs apparently a half dozen people seek to play out this hilarious proposition of man in child sized seat everyday as they stroll down Abbot Kinney window shopping.

This store is chic and rustic. I love buying my mother– in-law gifts from this store. They carry upscale furniture pieces and acessories from San Miguel De Allende, Mx. I go in there every month just to check out there new stock. They also carry John Robshaw bedding and pillows. His pillows are indian inspired with a modern flare. I love it!!!
