Best Western Plus Ambassador Suites Venice

The choices in Venice are really limited. Most of the options are moderate chains of this type, which are not my favorite places to stay. That said, the Best Western here is a decent option. It is an older property, and certainly my room could have used an update. (I understand that some rooms are updated, but ours was not. If you go, ask for an updated room.) But the room was spotlessly clean and the desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. Prices were reasonable. The hotel is located right by the highway, and I expected our highway-​facing room to be noisy at night, but it was surprisingly quiet. We skipped the breakfast every day, opting to eat elsewhere.
I did find it strange that there was no room safe. The hotel materials mentioned that safe deposit boxes are available at the desk, but with all of the electronics one carries these days, it is really inconvenient not to have a place to secure things in the room. Otherwise, our stay was just fine.

Our favorite place to stay. Close to the beach and highway, friendly staff, with clean spacious rooms. Breakfast in the am and cookies in the pm.

Love this place!!! My husband and I stay here whenever we are in the area and love it. Super clean, love the lament flooring, good breakfast, and great pool! Staff is really friendly, they actually know us at this point. All of that and extremely reasonably priced!

This is a case of «you get what you pay for.» It’s adequate. Flat screen TV is not HD. Free Wi-​Fi but super slow. Tub surround is aging/​yellowing and routine cleaning just isn’t enough to restore its appearance. Outdoor pool is small and overlooks the parking lot. The room is spacious and appears to be clean. Front desk staff members are courteous and helpful. If you’re out and about during the day and just need a clean place to sleep this hotel fits the bill. It is a reasonable option for a family on a budget.

We just stayed for a few days but we’re very impressed. Everything was clean. Rooms were well designed and comfortable for our needs. Employees were extremely nice, friendly and helpful with attending to a few special requests. (All appear to be extremely conscientious.) We had free breakfast included which had a nice variety and was tasty. We’ll stay here again.

The room was spacious and clean. Perfect and enough room for a family of four. Very quiet which is one thing I appreciate. The service was excellent. The breakfast was more than fair for a complementary meal. The parking lot had enough spaces with no issues. The price was just right at this place.

This is an excellent place to stay. The rooms are beautifully decorated, spacious (we had a two-​standard bed room) and clean. The included breakfast has a huge selection, offering eggs, bacon, sausage, and many more foods! This place is a great deal. We would definitely stay here again.

Rooms were spacious, clean and quiet. Some items were frayed and worn and the AC barely worked. For the price via Priceline, it was perfectly fine.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. It has good breakfast, clean rooms, fast service, heated pool, and friendly staff. The hotel is located near a beautiful Publix store and not too far from Venice Avenue and Jacaranda. I-​75 is very close and gives travelers an easy access to the nearby cities.
