I took my Subaru to All Tune and Lube earlier this year on the recommendation of someone who saw me having trouble (yet again) getting my car started due to a hard-​to-​pinpoint problem the Subaru dealer mechanics had failed to solve in more than two years. (They did some expensive stuff that didn’t work however.) Carlos at All Tune figured it out in a couple of hours and solved the problem very efficiently. I’ll be taking the car back for a tune-​up soon.

These are the WORST mechanics I have ever come across. Dishonest, unskilled, and greedy!
I brought my car in the first time for an oil leak. They checked it, said I needed a new part, and charged me over $ 300.
Not even 2 weeks later, same problem. But SOMEHOW, I wind up having to pay another $ 300 for a «new» issue that SOMEHOW didn’t exist the first time I brought my car in.
How convenient that not even 24 hours after THAT, my car is STILL leaking. Over $ 600 gone and I have to come back to these guys a third time for the same problem that should have been remedied the first time!
Now they are saying that I’m going to need ANOTHER new part, for God knows how much money. Forget it! Never doing business with these crooks again.
Save yourself the hassle and wasted money! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

Beware. These guys park your car out on the street in a sketchy part of Venice. I have also seen them get very angry and yell at people on the street who park there, even though they are public spots. Not nice.

You want to talk about honesty, this is the place to go! Gus will tell you upfront if you need to change a part or if you have been misinformed on that part. Gus is the friendliest, honest, courteous & knowledgeable person you’ll ever meet. If Gus is not there talk to Fred and he will give you the same advice. Awesome service and reasonable prices! Carlos is the master mechanic! I highly recommend this place even if it’s just for an oil change.

Excellent Customer Service. They were able to fit me in, drive me back to my house and PICK ME BACK UP to come get my car. Not only that, they were REALLY speedy and SUPER friendly. If you go there, ask for GUS, he’s WAY nice and SUPER knowledgable.
Well priced, quick, got the job done and Customer Service was FANTASTIC! Absolutely going back next time! :)
