Jiffy Lube

Don’t ever come to this place. I just came to replace my engine splash shield. The guy here replaced the new one I brought without putting all screws in because he said this part did not match my car. When I came home it turned out that he put it inside out, and put front to back!. That was why it did not fit. I came back and politely asked them to fix. They rudely refused to do so and mentioned like I never came here today and they tried to the best.
Where is your service mind.

I wish I could give this particular location no star. Well it was my first time there and a guy informed me that I would get a deal. Not true, I felt like I got over charged. I only went here because I was going on a business trip and desperately needed an oil change.
I didn’t wait very long, and I HATE WHEN a mechanic tries to take advantage of women. He calls me up and says look you need to change these air filters. I stated ‘no thank you, I’ll take it back to the dealership’ and he went on to say how much more I’d have to pay. Who cares?
Left and felt like something wasn’t right with my car but I couldn’t put my finger on it. Next my car started leaking OIL. I then Decided to take it to the dealership, only to find out that the guy never screwed the cap back on and my oil had been leaking out– so by the time I took it to the dealer, it was basically bone dry and I had no oil.
I really wanted to take it back to jiffy lube and rip them a new one, but I will never ever ever go there no recommend anyone to go there. I don’t want them touching my car. Those mechanics have no idea what they are doing because they are too busy trying to make you spend more money. It was a very disappointing experience and I think I paid close to 50 for the whole thing.

After seeing all the poor reviews this place has gotten in the past, I was very reluctant to go for service there. But I decided to give it a try. Perhaps they have made some changes in their management recently because I am happy to say that I had a very positive experience!
The staff was friendly and welcoming and the service was performed in a timely manner. No one tried to sell me anything that I hadn’t gone they’re looking for. I had my oil changed and everything else checked as part of the regular service.
I was impressed with the speedy friendly service and intend to return to give them another try next time.
