West Service Station

My mom and I have been on the look out for a good mechanic for awhile now after losing faith/​trust in who we were previously going to, and I can say that West’s Service Station was a great find and they have certainly gained some new customers after the service we received!
After getting stranded due to some car trouble the other day, we had my mom’s car towed to West’s based on two things: a) their reasonable labor rate and b) that they had previously helped my mom out when her car was overheating over the summer, with no expectations in return. They gained points for that so we were willing to give them our business.
We’re both in need of our inspections in about a month or so, so this was a test run in a way.
We dropped off her car to them about an hour before they closed on Thursday evening and it was ready to go the next day. Quick and efficient service at a very reasonable rate. They didn’t try to take advantage of us (let’s be honest — half the time if you are a woman and dealing with a mechanic it feels like they’re trying to take advantage of your assumed lack of knowledge).
I will ABSOLUTELY be returning to them in April when it’s time for my dreaded inspection, and I will visit their quaint little full service gas station whenever I’m in need and in the area. :)
