Recently, I had surgery on my back and mostly my recovery has been going well. I was dealing with some serious stiffness in my back that kept me from bending over to even grab a towel from the floor. The stretches that were part of my PT did not fully relieve it, nor did I want to take muscle relaxing pills.
One visit to Shannon and the right away I had immediate and wonderful results! My back hadn’t felt so good in years! The next day was just as good. I plan on going back as my healing continues.

Shannon is a very skilled massage therapist, and thoroughly reviews your health status, prior injuries, trouble spots, or other concerns before she starts working on you.
