Nicole, the Director of the Library models values of excellence in service and this outstanding level of professionalism that is consistently exceptional.
As a result of her leadership, I have consistently found over time and among all staff, from the student at the front reception desk to every assisting librarian to be well trained, inspired to provide the best student experience, motivated to help each and every student in a manner that must make Chancellor Netzhammer proud and serves the greater Vancouver area in an exemplary manner and to a standard of care that can only be characterized as EXCEPTIONAL.
