Roxie is customer service was the biggest bitch I have ever met, she was so rude and had NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. How the fuck does that work. But I mean it is wal-​mart.

They have great prices on glasses. Only issue is the person who will help you, has no idea what there doing. If you can adjust your own glasses, then this is the place for you. Otherwise you’ll leave frustrated

To be honest, I’m scared when I come in here. To be fare I think everybody has been scared or nervous at one point, but when you see guys with no shirt dancing in the parking lot, that wish comes true — in a bad way. First of all Im no expert but most people don’t wear pythons around their neck as fashion in most stores. Sometimes I wonder if the people in the scooters want to get off and run, but what do you do? Great selection I have to say but quality and weekly care is pretty horrid. When I thought I had bad hygiene don’t think so fast. Go to Walmart first. I like the employees and selection, but the people — not so much. You know the place is a true Wal Mart style store when there is a MC Donald’s. Not only that, but trailer trash bums leeching off the «cheep» prices in the parking lot. I find it hard that bear grills was sponsored by them.

Let me start by saying… That every time I walk into a Walmart fear of a Zombie apocalypse sets in. Why? Who knows.
I was extremely surprised by this Walmart. All of the employees are extremely kind, and very talkative. I have never had an employee not smile and chat with me while I check out, so I’m not sure what other reviews are talking about.
Normally the busy hours our lunch time, and right after work between 3−5pm. But normally, the lines are not terrible and they are pretty quick to get you in and out. It’s also extremely clean for a super store. I was very surprised that the bathrooms were fully stocked and cleaned.

This is a really clean Walmart. Probably because it’s in a more affluent area. I still feel guilty whenever I walk into a Walmart, but that’s because I watched that damn documentary. It ruined everything for me. They just have such great deals and it’s hard to pass up a big savings to clear my guilty conscience. If you’re going to shop Walmart, this one is a good one.

Only rated a 2 because it’s a good shopping experience until we need help or we are checking out. absolutely idiotic staff or it’s extremely unfriendly staff. take your pick.

Wish I could rate 0! They said they were closed but it’s only 10:41 and they are supposed to be 24 hours! What a bunch of bullshit! I’m didn’t shop around for 20 mins after a long day at work just to be told that when I head for the checkout line…

Zeros stars if I could. The cashiers are rude, never say hello, never say have a good day. Today, Keri on #9 looked like she was having a VERY bad day. I think the employees need a lesson in smiling!

I never understand walmart, thirty check stands and maybe only three are open. Wtf?! And with some of the slowest checkers. Produce section is just sad here. There are employees, ones that stock the shelves, that have some humanity and actual ask if you need help in finding anything or just say hi. But since I married an islander who is never, ever full, I can at least try and fill this boi up and not be sent to the poor house

Wal mart. It’s the best. You get cheap stuff because they steal it from small children. But hey at least it’s cheap and this Walmart is pretty classy… Well there is a few creeps that hang out there but only a few!

A line of 15 people, 28 registers and 6 self checks (shut down) only to have one checker? Good job Walmart.

I never thought I’d take the time to leave Walmart a review– let alone do a five star one– but my experience today was SO POSITIVE that I felt compelled to do so. Two staff members, and the amazing manager Mandy assisted me. I always but the 40 lb bag of rachel ray dog food, but it wasn’t on the shelf. After they looked for one for a while and discovered they were indeed out of stock– they sold me two slightly smaller bags at the same price per pound as the larger bag (trust me, amazing deal!) because im leaving town and any less food wouldn’t be enough for my three huge dogs! Thank you Mandy!

It’s Walmart, what the hell do you want from them. Don’t you dare ask an employee for anything because you’ll get one of two things…
1. They will stare blankly at you until you walk away
or
2. They will lead you around on a magical quest in search for the things you need (because they have absolutely no clue) until you stumble upon it yourself.

They always close down the self checkout around 9pm, and then ONLY open one register. It’s always 19 because that’s where the tabacco is, but having 15+ people in 1 line is ridiculous!!! Does everyone go to break at the same time? I don’t care if people are «stocking shelves» but this is Horrible. Then; when you try and approach a employee to ask a question they don’t want to deal with you, always have a bad attitude! I’ve only met 2 employees with a good attitude within the 12 – 13 years I’ve been going there. Also, when cashiers are checkin you out they ask if you’re washington residence and that’s ALL if you try and talk to them they don’t wanna talk at all. Like what the hell! Do people even get interviewed to work here, or did the manager just decide to hire the assholes of the year?

Not one of the better Walmarts we’ve been to, A lot of there shelves looked like a mess that hadn’t been arranged, I also checked out pants and that looked horrible, gave up as nothing was in order, just a total mess!
Plus it was real hard to find any help here! This store is almost to big for its britches, I highly doubt we will be back at this Walmart.

Like coming at night ~ less of a crowd. Friendly people and/​or no one bothers you. Parking lot well lit, cops outside, safer to come to this location at night. I do avoid this place during the day. YES ~ more cashiers are needed!

Hire more cashiers! 10 – 15 people in line is ridiculous. Also, incentivive them to work at a speed other than retarded depressed sloth.

This walmart is ok. We come here because it is close to us and they usually have stock on items. However the environment is bad and the employees are mainly bad. There is also a long wait for checkouts because either that cashier is going way to slow or there is hardly any checkouts open.

Honestly I’m not a fan of Walmarts, but this place does have everything which makes shopping easier. They have a huge food selections so that makes shopping for multiple items much easier. The only major issue is too often they don’t have enough cashier’s so there are long delays for checkout.

I only shop at Walmart if I know they specifically carry the item I am looking for and I have a general idea where it is located. I never bother asking the employees there for help anymore because 99.9% of them are useless in that regard. I don’t know how many times I have been obviously not finding what I am looking for only to have several employees totally avoid and walk past without ever asking if they could help me locate an item. You think it would be in Walmart’s best interest to train their employees to direct consumers to goods, I mean its money in the bank but I guess they figure the sheer volume of shoppers leveraged against low wage positions evens things out over a few missed sales. You can hardly blame them though from everything I hear about Walmart in the news they barely incentivize their employees to be more than shelf stockers and register operators.
I love how they have a sea of registers but typically only operate ¼ of them so you find yourself needlessly standing in line during times when there are a ton of people shopping. And I really like how they discourage you from returning items by only ever having 1 or 2 people at the customer service counter. Overall, Walmart sucks but hey they are cheap and convenient if you know where the item you want is located. Just don’t expect much assistance.
