Vivacity

This company did not show for an appointment for a housecleaning. The owner appeared to have input the date of the appointment into her computer system wrong, which is fine, mistakes happen, but when that was pointed out to her she proceeded to be entirely non-​responsive to all emails and phone calls. Then no one showed one the date we had agreed to and I was left having to scramble to hire some one else last minute to come by and clean our place before houseguests arrived. Again, all the while multiple emails and calls from me are going unanswered, which was the most frustrating part of this. Extremely unprofessional and for a service that is suppose to help people save time on life’s chores and tasks, it ended up wasting my time and energy.
