Vancouver Rv Park

Clean park. Showers need new drains and fans need to be vacuumed and scrubbed they are full of dirt! Very bad lighting in restrooms at the clubhouse. The wifi is very elusive, you need to stand in certain locations to get a signal and for some reason the cable tv has two channels (7 & 11) that come on for an hour or two and then are gone! Very limited selection and for the price maybe they could upgrade as a hotel room is about the same price and tv selection is better! Office hours are posted but they seem to have the ‘office closed’ sign up frequently. I wish there was a KOA closer that may be a better selection.

Great location with good facilities and good staff. The RV spaces are paved and level with good hookups. The clubhouse is extra nice! Has a kitchen and coffee maker there and a big TV set. The only downside to this park is weak WiFi and TV signals. I will stay here again.

Not bad at all. Very convenient to amenities and the highway. It’s an older park and spaces are a little tight, but there are shrubs separating many of the spaces for added privacy which is nice.
Restrooms are clean however they sure could use some general maintenance. I would only add that some of the Park’s visitors frequenting the facilities won’t pick up after themselves and leave quite a mess: clogged or un-​flushed toilets, trash, etc. Don’t come across that kind of nonsense in a RV park very often, TG. Can’t fault the owners, who are very nice. Better be self-​contained while you stay here.
Prices are economical and it’s a good place to stop for a night or longer. It was a little chaotic when we first arrived with some of the residents and visitors coming and going at the same time, but after we got settled in it was great. Nice, quiet. The office lady cautioned us that the internet might be a little sporadic at our spot, but works good at the community center. The cable and internet worked just fine at our spot. We like this place and will stay here again.
