my family has gone here since my grwat grandma got glaucoma. The original doctor retired and passed away but seems they have many new people working now. I visited recently and they were friendly and prompt. It is very clean too. I did not get glasses as I have Apple health coverage and they no longer take it for glasses, but they do for check ups. I wish they still did. There are onlt two place that do now. Mom warned me not to go to downtown location as they are very small. So I visited the Salmon Creek location. They also have one out towards Mill Plain/Fishers Landing. I think it is great they now have three areas for wherever it is closest for us. The optomitrist who saw me is Sayge, really good at not poking you trying to get drops in, good humor, and she is not bad on the eyes too. Mom has a different person she sees and was pleased, which means to me that there must be several who are good. So why not try them out?

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! This place has bad receptionist and billing people. Not to mention incompetent medical assistants and optometrist. We walked in and and they were going to check my daughters eyes they decided to use adult strength dilating drops(mind you she is only 5) they then held her down to put these in and she was screaming. She has had her eye dilated before because we go every year to get her eyes checked! They then tried to do the eye exam, she said her eyes hurt and she couldn’t see! They then gave us a prescription that was — 8.50 in which is completely ridiculous!!! She is 5!!! I took her to get a second opinion because this was just ridiculous! She was — .25. I called to let them know, but by that point they charged my insurance for the exam and glasses I never ordered. They refused to give any refunds, not to mention the«office manager» hung up on me! Don not ever go here unless you want to be misdiagnosed! Malpractice I think so!!!
