If you go to the Pool and Spa house work with Leah. She goes out of her way to try and make your experience pleasant. We had difficulty finding a part for my hot tub, but once I reached Leah she followed up with me many times through out the day and then drove to Portland to obtain the part and delivered it to me same day. She definiely made me feel as though my business was valued.
