Awful Customer Experience. I checked in online as there was no wait, however when we got there we had to wait 8 minutes. When the haircut takes 15 minutes, an 8 minute wait is pretty long. I tried to use a coupon that is on the Supercuts website for the specific location, but the hairdresser said that the coupon doesn’t work and instead gave me a $ 1 off coupon and that is all she could do.

We have been going here for a year and a half. I have one kid with long hair and one with short hair. Their haircuts are always good no matter who does the cutting. I have gotten a couple of trims for my medium length hair and both were fine. There is a new manager (Kelsey) and she has been cutting my kids hair the last few times and is excellent. She is very personable and can cut many different styles successfully. She also has great hair herself and a nice color. So. .. I bit the bullet this week and had her color my hair and cut it into a modern short cut from shoulder length hair. My hair looks fantastic! It’s only been 2 days and I’ve gotten lots of compliments. I had a little dye on my skin, but she wiped it away later. Kelsey can do it all and works well with her clients. Prices are perfect, too and the place is clean.
