I just got gored by a cashier who charged me almost $ 8.00 for a Large 4 shot espresso over ice with 4 pumps of chocolate syrup! 6:50AM12/09/2015 I usually go to Dutch Brothers for the same thing for only $ 3.00 WTF? Did I just get ripped off? — — — - I’m assuming this is how this woman collects her tips, she over charges people and after the customer leaves she corrects the issue by editing the POS transaction to a large coffee sale instead of her charging me for Large Coffee + 4 shots of espresso + 4 pumps of chocolate syrup. So, all that plus ice in a 24oz cup? Dutch Brothers Coffee charges $ 3.00 for that!

Wife & I frequent this location regularly. Staff is always very friendly & make an effort to remember us. They are efficient as well. Beverage quality is on par with any other good Starbucks location.

I am so over Starbucks. Yes, the employees are always super nice and helpful but the product is just not good. Their drinks pure sugar. I am a sugar addict and even I can’t finish one of their drinks without getting a stomach ache. Today I ordered an egg and cheese sandwich and it consisted of a rubbery egg and some cheese slapped between 2 pieces of bread. No crossiant or english muffin? I thought this was a «La Boulange» bakery? Sorry, no more Starbucks for me.

I have been to many Starbucks all over the west coast and this one is my favorite. They are the fastest and never get my drink wrong. I can always count on getting in and out within 5 minutes. It’s not like some Starbucks or coffee houses that take almost 20 mintues to make one drink. Not to mention the great friendly service. The only reason why they didn’t get five stars is because there is unfortunately no drive thru.

Starbucks is Starbucks is Starbucks… usually. The products are pretty much all the same all the time. It’s the employees that can make or break a Starbucks. This particular Starbucks has a couple of employees that don’t really fit into the positive happy barista mold. Whoever does the hiring here might want to dip back into the applicant pile. But if you are simply after the Starbucks cookie cutter coffee recipe and you don’t care if they chipper about it, then there ya go.

If I could give zero stars I would. My first visit to this location sucks. First off the cashier was not a very positive or helpful person. But this wasn’t that bad. The worst part was the Asian girl that made my drink was obviously sick because her nose was dripping with snot and while she was making my drink she wiped her nose with her fingers and continued making my drink. She didn’t bother washing her hands and she also didn’t have gloves on which should be required. I will never be back to this location again. By far the worst experience I have had at Starbucks.

Always friendly and courteous. I have been going to this location for several months now and have yet to be disappointed. However, it does get rather busy in the morning hours, with the workday crowd rushing. On the weekends you get the crowds at the tables and it can be a bit hectic. On the whole it is my stop almost every morning for coffee.

This Starbucks is not my favorite. It is in an odd location and has no drive thru. Like all of them there is free wifi. The door is situated at the end of the serving line so when it is busy you have to fight your way through a crowd of people putting cream in their coffee, waiting for drinks or food to get to the place where you are supposed to order. Paco Underhill would have a fit. If they just flipped their line so you could order on the other end it would be much easier for customers.

I think this is the store near Vancouver Home Depot. Well anyway I thought we were speaking in English. Ordered a Grande non-fat latte and a scone orange and cranberry. I got a carmel coffee and a bagel, they had my order mixed up another order. It took a while to figure it out. Maybe they were having a bad Monday?
