Had excellent service at this location of sleep train with both Richard Kerry and Jason Underwood. Found the exact firmness, pricing, best queen bed for our purpose. Was actually a pleasant experience buying a bed.

Unfortunately, I bought a Temperpedic mattress that turned out to too soft. The biggest bummer was that it didn’t start causing trouble until it was just outside of the 100 day exchange period. Temperpedic had no sympathy and wouldn’t even offer a discount on a replacement. Considering I dropped $ 9k on their bed only several months earlier, I expected better. The manager, Greg, of Sleep Country was a different story. Temperpedic prohibits the store from discounting their products, but Greg helped me find a suitable replacement on which he could offer some price relief. This is what customer service is all about. I have been a loyal customer of the Sleep Country group for 20+ years and will continue to be. Temperpedic? never again.

My wife and I would like to say that the service we have received from Sleep Country USA has been outstanding. We purchased a high end bed and after about 60 days we decided it was too soft and we wanted to exchange the bed for a better fit for us. We knew of the 100 day return policy, but we expected to have a less than friendly situation when we came in to arrange for the exchange. Instead we found the same sales person(Noël) who remembered our names and was most accommodating in helping us determine which bed would be a better fit for us. Noël is extremely knowledgeable about her products and was more patient than we expected under any circumstances. Thank you to Noël and to Sleep Country. If and when the day comes that we need another bed in our home we will save ourselves the time of shopping from store to store and start right there. Thank You!
