I have been seeing Jennifer for about 7 years and have always left satisfied with my hair. She is great with coloring and cuts. Jennifer understands colors and explains just what I will be getting before starting. She makes the whole chore of getting my hair done enjoyable.

If you want a friendly & fun place you won’t need to look any further!
Sandi is awesome, caring and professional, she works very hard to make sure she understands just what you want in your style and color.
Sandi has been making me look wonderful for years now and would never go to anyone else.

I wish I could give zero stars.
If you choose this salon, do not go to SANDY. All I asked for was a bang trim and a blow out.
I waited almost 30 min pass my appt before asking when I was going to be taken back. I should have left at that point.
I was taken back and Sandy tells me she’s been working on coloring two young girls’ hair since 10 am that morning, mind you it was close to 5 pm by the time I was sitting in her chair.
She rushes me over to wash my hair and as she’s washing my hair, she splashes water every where.
She goes to cut my bangs and tells me it’s her speciality. She gets out a razor and just cuts my bangs straight across and says she’s done. Doesn’t brush it back to see if it actually looks right or blends with the rest of my hair.
She brushed my hair so hard that I actually got red marks on my scalp. I told her I wanted volume and loose wavy curls and what I got was teased hair and curls that were from the 1980’s. Which is exactly what I told her I didn’t want.
As she’s loading on the hairspray, I told her I don’t want a helmet head and she laughs.
I go to a really nice salon in Portland (I didn’t want to drive all the way over there for a simple blow out) and never once has my stylist used hair spray on me to hold a curl or create a little bit of volume.
I told her I have a cowlick so just keep my bangs to the side. She goes and tries to curl all of my bangs under. like an umbrella and doesn’t know why it’s not sticking. Well, it’s because I have a cowlick so of course the hair is not going to stay.
By the time she’s done, I tell her I’m not happy and she keeps acting like she can’t hear me. I’m trying to be nice and not say things so loud. She asks what else can she do, I told her the whole thing has to be fixed, it’s frizzy and has been yanked and curled so much. I have no time for her to wash my hair and start over. I ask her to run something through my hair so that it can break up the rat’s ness that she created. She runs over to the sink and grabs ‘men’s gel’ and asks if I want to do it myself??? Mind you there was hair left over in the gel from someone else.
At this point I was done and speechless. I told her I could have done a better job at home. I’m still respectful and was being quiet with my comments. She said well I’m not going to charge you for the bang trim and proceeds to charge me $ 30!
She was rushing on me because she was still working on her coloring job on the other girl.
What a horrible experience. Please do not go to Sandy you will regret it. It was a waste of time and money.
I went to this salon because it was close to my house and all I wanted was a simple blow out. I will never return. I’m sure the other stylists are good, but after this experience, I feel like it can be a hit or miss. I wish the salon did a better job at screening their stylists for their skills so that you don’t have to play russian roulette with your hair!

Melody was awesome! I just moved here and decided to totally change my look. Melody listened to what wanted, provided some great suggestions, and then did a fantastic job! No need to look any further, I have found my new hairdresser.
Atmosphere of the salon was chic and comfortable and nobody pushed me to buy products.

Jen is my forever hair guru! In fact I moved to Texas, but just came back to get my hair done. She is amazing with color and cuts! She asks tons of questions to make sure she understands her clients and what they want! She is the best hair stylist I have ever had and I highly recommend her!

I got my nails done here. I very religiously go to a nail place at the mall. I am seriously considering permanently switching to here. It was nice chatting with the staff, and Cassie, their nail tech, did a FANTASTIC job.

I’ve been searching for a sylist in Vancouver for some time now and I finally found the perfect place. Patti listened, talked through my goals, and helped determine the best course of action for my hair. I really appreciate being worked in on her schedule same in the same day. The spa is a cute place, with everyone friendly and easily located to my house. I’m very pleased and will return now that I have a new hair salon.

natural. I just love this place!

This place is way too crowded. You can almost hold hands with the next seat customer while getting your hair done.
The space is very small and people, both the staff and the customers, were talking on top of each other.
My hair cut was just a trim and she did a sloppy job.
After seeing my new hair, my boyfriend said he would make his mission to find me a good hair salon.
The salon did not tell me that some of the stylists did not take credit cards. I just so happened to have my check book with me that day.
I do not recommend this salon at all.

Great place for a stylist that listens to what you want in a haircut. Friendly, and not afraid to take their time getting your haircut just right. I walked in Saturday afternoon, and got an appointment with Melody for later that day.

Love this place! Really friendly staff, reasonable prices. I always make all my appointments with Sarah and she does a great job!
