This place is basically Panda Express wearing a false mustache and trying to fool you. It’s probably no one’s fault but mine; no doubt that lunch of mine was ready long before I even got in my car. The mango chicken was okay but everything else was just too oily. We all know the risks of eating in food courts. We were right, weren’t we? Void-filling fare at best.

Do NOT eat here. This place some how manages to pass a sanitation test which I have no idea why. This place is flooded in cockroaches. Gave it at least 2 stars because the food LOOKS good. Save your money folks!

Food was good until I found a piece of metal scour in my child’s food. Think of large steel wool piece used to clean metal woks… Discreetly Brought it to managers attention and they wanted to give us more food from the same pan and refused to remove the pan from the line. Will not be back it’s a matter of safety. My problem was not with the food it was the refusal to remove possible dangerous food with metal scours in the food. Apparently they would rather risk safety and assume possible legal ramifications than ditch a pan of 15 dollar food.

I appreciate this place every time I eat their food. They are very generous with samples, and genuinely friendly and helpful. Though it is food court cafeteria food, I enjoy the selections. I always recommend the basil chicken, and they’ve never let me down in quality. I hope they never leave this food court.

Metal chunk served to my child. Eat here if you want your family to die. Bastards did nothing after taking the metal still in food that was served to my 6 year old daughter. Lawyer up?

The place looks clean. A child is working as the cashier. The food was mediocre. I regret eating their food. Not my usual Thai food.

I gave it 4 stars. WHY?! Because its mall food and people need to stop crying about it. If you want quality thai food go find a sit down restaurant. NOW if you want something better than panda express at the mall then yes this is the place. Nothing more nothing less.

Probably the worst asian-style food I have ever had! It can barely be called Thai food based on what they offer and how it tastes. I ordered Pad Thai to-go and they cook it fresh which I thought was a good sign. On the ride home, the smell was nauseating and opening the container to find slimy looking noodles and sickly looking chicken was not appetizing at all. I decided to try a little bit of it and was very disappointed. It only had noodles, cabbage & chicken. No bean sprouts, carrots, broccoli, onion, green beans, nothing! The ground peanut they supply is a strange color and giant in size — not at all like what restaurants usually serve. I was hungry enough to suffer through the food but I did not feel great after eating it and would never go back. The cheap price is not worth it at all, especially when there are plenty of other good choices in the mall.

It’s food court food and barely resembles thai, but I like it better than Panda Express if it’s ethnic I am craving.

Never mind the food, the man who handed out the free samples is a racist dick! This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star, there should be a negative space for this. I would never eat here, this place owes my friends young children a million apologies for calling them ni**ers!!!

Had their special last night(drunken noodles) and, I kid you not, the noodles smelled like what my cat smells like. After that + trying a bite and having it taste like what my cat smells like(I know, really weird but it’s the best way to explain it), I couldn’t get past two bites and had to throw it away. It’s also disappointing that this place is called Ruby Thai… yet is more or less selling Chinese food offerings with only a couple of Thai food entrees.

My hubby and I stumbled across this place this evening and decided to give it a whirl. It’s located right next to Panda Express, which is pretty ambitious, since they sell essentially the same fare. We tried their noodles(chow mien), fried rice, honey chicken, beef with broccoli and some other beef dish my hubs forgot the name of(he’s so helpful). The noodles were thicker and less dry than PE’s usually is and the fried rice tasted more«real» than PE’s, too. Their honey chicken was delicious, a little sweet, but very satisfying. The beef and broccoli was a little mushy, but my husband still scarfed it down and the other beef dish was a hit, too. And it was about half the price of Panda! Great deal for really decent food. I will have to try their steamed veggies next time, they looked really fresh and enticing.
