I have been coming here for two years. Always happy! Today I got a beautiful flower on my toe. I usually don’t get artwork. It was perfect! After I left I went to the grocery store where I stubbed my toe and wrecked my polish. I ran back to Q and she she ushered me in and fixed it. Smiling and telling me no problem no problem. They are great and have earned my business forever!

My mom has been coming to this place to get her nails done since before I was born (over 19 years), and now I continue the cycle by doing the same. Their staff is always so friendly and well aware on how to treat their customers. Sometimes they are a bit understaffed, but it is well worth the high quality of customer service that I receive. I’ve been to other nail salons in Vancouver and none of them compare to Q Nails.

I love Q Nails! I’ve only lived here for a few months and decided to try Q Nails because it’s right across the street. I made the right choice! The prices are a bit different than outside. BUT, you get what you pay for. Everyone is kind and they can make your nails look just like any pic you bring in! I always leave beyond happy. I always receive amazing customer service and the nails last a long time. I will keep going to Q Nails for the rest of my life. I love that they do walk ins and I’m always seen right away! There are customers from each age group that I see, and all are always pleased :)

I’ve never left this salon disappointed and you can’t beat their prices! It’s out of my way, but it’s well worth the extra trek to come here

I had a pedicure today and was very disappointed. First off the man (Kevin?) wasn’t very friendly. Once I chose my nail color he seated me and left me there, he didn’t offer to help me into the chair, take my purse or turn on the massage feature of the chair. After a few minutes, he came back and started working on the women next to me, he leaned over and turned the water on in my tub. He didn’t ask me if the water temp was ok and it WASN’T it was scalding hot. I couldn’t even put my feet in it! I told him it was too hot and he turned the temp down. Then they left me soaking for over 30 MINUTES!!! I was a prune and the water was cold by then. I WAS going to get the deluxe pedi, but by then I had somewhere else to go and got the cheap one. It was ok, nothing to rave or rant about. It was VERY obvious she was over worked. She kept rolling her neck, she seemed very tired and physically uncomfortable. I felt very sorry for her.
I won’t return.
