I went in with my packages in total disarray; it was just that kind of day. Ran out of tape, had multiple packages and lots of questions. (When do I not have questions?!)
The staff behind the counter were so sweet and patient and quickly sorted my package situation out and had it well under control in a matter of minutes and ready to be shipped.
They helped me discuss the pros and cons of the few items I am shipping the remainder of this week and couldn’t have provided a better customer service experience.
ps They take packing peanuts, bubble wrap, etc so you don’t have to throw that stuff out — they reuse or recycle it.
