I’ve been hearing about this place for a while. Well today my Sons and I visit this establishment, and may I say I loved it !! I loved the atmosphere, the food, the people, and most of all the pie. I would recommend giving it a try. Oh one more thing it is very clean.

Standard greasy spoon type diner. Portions were large and the food was hearty. The waitress didn’t bring the pancakes that were included in the meal but we were so full that it’s probably better we didn’t try to eat them. Great for older folks who want a Sunday breakfast type of thing. Wouldn’t say it’s the best breakfast food I’ve had, but it wasn’t bad and came out reasonably fast.

Great food at good prices with a great family environment. You are gonna love the kids eat free deal Wednesday through Sunday. My little guy loves their hot chocolate, French toast and pancakes. I’ve never been disappointed with my breakfast selections which usually consist of an omelette or country fried steak(awesome and not greasy like others in the area). I need to make it up here for dinner to try some of the amazing looking seasonal specials that are advertised table top. Update 11÷1÷15 No more kids eat free Wednesday through Sunday, only available on Wednesday and Thursday. Management did not like when patrons took advantage of the deal. Got stuffed out of it twice before they changed it, they really started to not like giving it. Because of this, I took away a star.

One booth behind us has sugar ants all over the window sill. Has new ownership and menu. Food is pretty god. Wish they still had homemade ranch dressing.

Under new management. The food has improved drastically and have to say the pasta is great and filling. Good portions and new crispy fries with burgers.

The new owner has redone the whole restaurant. And the food is all homemade. Great homemade pies also

This is a pretty decent diner style restaurant. The service is reasonably fast and the food is good, not great. Kids eat free Wednesday though Sunday which is pretty awesome if you’re going as a family.

Typical diner. Good breakfast. Very nice staff. Very clean and lots of room. Seems to be a great family spot.

Traditional in the extreme, as in old– school ambience, food and service. This is the type of place your grandparents brought your newlywed parents for a ‘nice’ meal. I often think I’m the youngest person in here. I hesitate to compare this place to Denny’s but I can’t think of another place that begins to match. The food is the same basic type, by and large better and unlike Denny’s, you should not fear the idea of ordering something that is not breakfast. They have a nice selection of pies, both whole and by the slice. The coffee might be a little weak for people of the Starbuck’s generation but it’s tolerable. A good place to pick up a better than grocery store pie for a function. A pretty good place for a traditional American meal. An excellent choice if you want to sidle up to a counter for a slice of pie and some coffee.

Like Swedish pop star Tove Lo, I got habits … except hers is hedonistic use of recreational drugs while mine is opportunisitic use of recreational desserts. My dessert of choice? Pie. Dinner done and I gotta say Pie all the time To keep you off my mind Ooh-ooh, ooh-ooh Pie all the time To keep you off my mind Ooh-ooh, ooh-ooh Driving up lonely Hwy 99 in the rain looking for a pie dealer, I found Peach Tree Restaurant & Pie House and its Sunday & Wednesday deal of $ 3.99 for a Slice of Pie and Cup of Coffee. Ooh-ooh, ooh-ooh I needed pie more than caffeine. A slice of native Marionberry Pie a la Mode with Vanilla Ice Cream was ok, but thin on berries with a crusty crust. I’m very thankful for the ice cream to add a little creaminess to counterbalance the dryness. Coffee was coffee. The pie and coffee weren’t memorable, but the service was … because the manager and server were a little freaked out about me taking pics of the food and restaurant. And by little, I mean a lot. They literally jumped in front my phone to try and prevent pics. Not sure what was up with that. My advice: get a slice of pie and chill out. That’s what Tove Lo and I would do. Pie all the time To keep you off my mind Ooh-ooh, ooh-ooh

Food wasn’t nearly as good as the last few times I was in, waitress was extremely rude, and what’s worst I saw and heard the microwave being used to eat every dish that came out of the kitchen. Disgusting.

My boyfriend and I went here with four other friends on a day when we all really needed some greasy, hearty breakfast to soak up the toxins we had downed the night before. I ordered the veggie omelet which came with hash browns AND pancakes. This excited me because I’m always torn between hearty and sweet for breakfast(but always go with the hearty). My portion was huge, fresh, salty, and sweet, so I left happy. One of our friends, though, ordered the corned beef hash and wasn’t too thrilled to attempt to eat it. A few others confirmed that it looked, tasted, and smelled bad, so he ended up sending the dish back. The waitress was really sweet about it, though, and didn’t charge him for the dish. Regardless, don’t get the corned beef hash. Near the end of our meal, we were all pretty desperate for some water. Our waitress forgot to get the water for quite a while, which resorted to one of us having to go up to the front and ask once more. In conclusion, the food was tasty, but nothing too special, and the service was not the greatest.

I ordered a sandwich without mayonnaise, but they proceeded to serve me mayo on my sandwich. The waitress was very nice about having it fixed. They have good pies, but the dinning area is so dirty, makes you wonder how clean the kitchen is?

Very rude one stars! The lady at the front counter greeted us, she notice that my little girl had a bag of a sandwich from subway. And told her you can’t this here! Its a health code! I told the lady what happends if someone brought a baby here and they were feeding it baby food? We just turn around and walk out!

Ordered Corn beef hash. I have had better home made cat food, not kidding. Pretty sure the meet came from a can and it was just horrible!!! Everything was unsalted and unseasoned. I don’t think you can find another place that can beet them on serving bad and tasteless food.

Ehhh. We visited The Peachtree for an early dinner and some pie. Overall, the group felt like the food was about the same as a Sheri’s or Denny’s. The pie was good enough to come back for, if it weren’t for the service. The two waitresses had two tables each. Ours was rude and impatient, and not in a «gruff waitress with a heart of gold» sort of way. She wouldn’t take our food order until the drinks were served and rushed off to the back only to reappear 10 minutes later. Maybe there was a packed dining room in the back we didnt know about? Anyway, maybe for pie to take out, but won’t be eating a meal here again.

W side of NE Highway 99 just S of NE68th St. * If your hair flows silver like the moon then this place is for you * If you prefer soft food then this place is for you * If urgency is important for every single situation making you impatient then this place is for you * If you go to bed by 7 p.m. and wake up by 5 a.m. then this place is for you * If you drive below the posted speed limits and wonder why everyone else is driving so fast then this place is for you * If you drink coffee like it’s water then this place is for you * If you’re less thrifty with your children’s children than you were with your own children then this place is for you * If you wear something that you or your significant other made for you then this place is for you * If a newspaper is still your main form of social media then this place is for you * If you ever refer to back in the day… I don’t fit into any of these categories, but what I do know is that despite a consistent lack in attentiveness with the servers I’m still a fan of this place. I’ve been here a couple of times and am yet to leave disappointed. The place is quite spacious and offers both booths and regular tables. Décor can use an update, but I’m sure that’s not really a concern of their general clientele. They specialize in pies… although I must admit I’ve never had a slice. Their parking lot is huge so finding parking should be a cinch!

Wow. What a dichotomy of reviews. I’ll confess. I liked the name of this place. I have lived in Atlanta, where it’s Peachtree everything … Road, Place, Center, etc. So, while running errands in nearby Vancouver, WA with a family member, we checked this place out. The food is basic American«comfort food.» It ain’t fine dining, but it was satisfying and tasty. The slice of peach pie was also good. The lady who was our server was a sweetheart. It’s not exactly close by but, if in the area, I’d definitely patronize the place again. I’d say they are comparable to the Village Inns found on the Portland side of the Columbia River.

Welcome to the 70s! It’s by no means a trendy or upbeat place. It is clean and we personally had good service, but the other servers just seemed so catty and were trying to find something to complain about our server. Let it go, ladies, she’s young and sweet. I guess they were not a great representative of the restaurant and may be a reason why I don’t know that I would return here. I was there for breakfast and was pleasantly surprised when I saw that they had EggBeaters. I try and watch what I eat(when I remember) so this was good to see. I probably would not return here unless I had a coupon. We shall see.

Their cherry sour cream pie is my new obsession, but I have yet to try their food. Looks like an old school diner so guessing its typical greasy spoon, which ain’t necessarily a bad thing. We’ve had the cherry sour cream, and strawberry rhubarb pies so far. Both had amazing crusts that were still good the next day. Big juicy fruits and not too sweet, this is my 2nd visit in a week for the same pies. They have a lot of daily specials like kids eat free, seniors bogo, free pie on Tuesdays or something. The other reviews complained about issues w the senior discount and I had a problem w weird undefined rules for their promos too. Sign said strawberry rhubarb was their pie of the month for $ 7.99 but total was $ 10.30. When I asked about that, she said oh that sign isn’t supposed to be up today — so I guess they have a pie of the month except for Thursdays? Wtf! I’m not going to waste my time arguing over $ 2.31 and the lady was nice, gave me a little lemon sour tartlet to try. My friends pretty much boycott peachtree because of similar incidents with their stupid ever changing promotion rules. Management really needs to clarify the specifics on their promos. They’re supposed to bring people in, but seem to be chasing customers away. Also need to train their employees on how to enforce their dumb rules politely. Lady was nice to me, but probably because I just let it go.
