Used Lupe’s service today on a condo we recently purchased in Vancouver. It was important to have it clean before our 8 guests arrived for the holidays. Lupe was prompt to reply my web inquiry, made all arrangements via email and text which was perfect for me being out of state and very busy in meetings all day.
She arrived promptly with her crew not having seen the condo and did an excellent job cleaning our new place. Her price was quite reasonable and we hope to use her service regularly after the holidays.
I highly recommend Lupe!

I am so pleased to have Lupe cleaning my home! She was highly recommended to me by the previous owner of my house and so I felt confident that she would do a wonderful job which she has. She is very professional in all aspects of communicating with me prior to cleaning and making sure everything has been done to my expectations afterward. I appreciate that she is always prompt, efficient and I come home to a beautifully clean home! The couple of times I’ve need to adjust the day or time of the cleaning she has been very flexible and helpful to my schedule needs. I have a dog and cat and so I know my house has some extra cleaning needs which Lupe takes care of very well. I couldn’t recommend anyone more highly than Lupe!

We love Lupe! My sister recommended Lupe when we started looking for someone to clean our house. Lupe is punctual, efficient and reliable (which have been issues with other services I have used in the past). I used to have my house cleaned weekly but Lupe recommended every other week — which seemed nuts since I have 3 boys and 3 large dogs. At first I was skeptical but she does such a great job, it really works out better for me financially and logistically. I really appreciate that she always sends an email reminder too. I could not be more pleased with her services and how well she takes care of our home. I have no idea how she gets it all done but everything is spotless.

I have been using Payless Cleaning for two years. I have used other house cleaners before, and I’m so glad to have found Lupe. She does an exceptional job, cleaning my house more thoroughly than I would do myself. She has always shown up when she has said she will, which helps me plan. Although she has been very flexible with my when I need to reschedule, she has never asked to reschedule.
The price is great and the service excellent. She’s very professional and responsive. I will continue using Payless Cleaning for years to come.
