Been with this lady for 10+ years and I don’t know why. State farm spends more money getting out of claims than they would to just help there customers. Had a car accident over 10 days ago… not one call from my actual agent only 5 sets of people asking the same redundant questions. Going to another company after too many years with the landers circus… like good neighbors state farm ISNT there.
