I’ve been a customer of Infinity Internet’s Co-Location business since September 2011. I engaged them with an urgent need for a cage hosted environment with several racks of gear. I got a tour at the beginning of of September, got the contract signed negotiated and got the keys just after the end of September 2011. They rushed the process and did a great build out for my company. The company helped us move in, helped with temporary storage, and had a great pick your services approach toward things. They provided a great solution for us with a managed router, managed SLAs for network performance, security performance, and physical security. The team did a great job navigating the terms of the contract and the urgent need. We moved in very quickly and got up and running. Infinity’s location is great for connectivity, without being limited by being in buildings limited severely by power and high costs. The proximity to the internet exchange helped us benefit from BGP peering, they were not at all opposed to letting us cross-connect to it and manage the BGP sessions for us. The NOC staff have done a great job supporting us in our spin up and making adjustments. The crash carts, wifi, bathroom, break-room/conference room, water cooler are excellent features to help customers feel comfortable. The conference room and anemeties came in very handy for the build out and deployment days. Its January 2012, we’ve been live since September 2011, very happy with their services! We’ve had no outages, and nothing but friendly service setting things up. Only a few suggestions: 1) enforce the rules, cardboard is bad 2) the building is old and sometimes its hard to make it to the dumpster or get large amounts of equipment in 3) elevators in the building function poorly sometimes.
